I've come here a couple times a week for years and the drive through wait is unbelievably long every time past 6 o'clock. Also the incompetent workers later in the day gave me 3 wrong items that were half of the price I paid. Once I got home and called I was reassured that all I had to do was explain that a manager made my order wrong and I would get my order replaced the next day. I even asked if they were serious I would have my order replaced and he assured me it would because "he was the manager." The next day the "manager" tells me that she cannot replace the order because I didn't have a receipt, the guy manager never said I had to bring anything, just explain the manager messed up my order. If this is how you treat long time customers I will never come back here. It's pretty pathetic that you guys won't compensate me for an order you guys messed up, I waited 20 minutes for 3 people to get their orders and mine was messed up. I will never be back here and I hope this place gets a real, competent manager that can do their job with some integrity in the future. I would leave 0 stars...

The contents of all three boxes were jammed in one bag. Then I had to go home and open up each burrito and taco to find out which one had extra onion, which one didn't have onion, which one didn't have beans and so on. I have Covered this with them numerous times in the past, and they still do not get that they need to put them in the individual boxes. They said they are out of boxes, so they need to put them individual bags. When I got home I was missing a burrito and when I came back to get it they argued with me saying that I was never even up there to order any kind of food. I died then the online receipt and after several minutes of heated discussion, they finally gave me the $1.69 burrito. Read moreHad an Uber Eats order that was missing half of our order which included 18 missing tacos. After getting the run around from Uber customer service and being told we wouldn’t be refunded, we contacted the store directly. The gentleman who answered the phone , whose name was Joe informed us that the Uber Driver had left the other half of our order in the pickup area. He kindly held our items until we were able to pick them up and walked them outside . On top of that he went above and beyond and threw in some orders of cinnamon twists as well as free taco tickets for future use. This was incredibly kind….Especially since it wasn’t Taco Bell’s fault! He was the one who stepped up and remedied the situation.
