If zero stars were an option it would have been chose. We walked in and didn't even receive a hello or welcome in and when I say us I mean my family and I. We ended up saying hello and how are they and didnt recieve any answer just an all around weird interaction. After standing and viewing the menu for a moment to figure out what we'd like one worker finally asked us if we had a doordash order and we said no. Then started to tell them what we would like and with each person's meal the worker taking our order would slam the cup on the counter like we were irritating her with our order. Finally get all the food ordered and then begin payment and somehow our payment was interrupted no matter what card or tap to pay bank card cashapp. Even with them visibly seeing we had more than what was needed to make the payment they just keep saying it cant process. Almost like they were blocking the payment from going through so they didn't have to prepare our order. They close at 9 and we walked in at 8:30. I have been ordering small subs in the past and today got takeout for a small cheesesteak and there was not enough meat on it to even cover the bread. Tons of peppers but not enough meat for what I spent for this !! Called the UD store and was told that, per policy, they can only put 1oz of meat on a small portion!! I am so dissatisfied that I will never go there again!! The employee that took my order could have cared less and had a sour attitude!! Terrible customer service!! Firehouse makes some excellent sandwiches--I recommend the Smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sandwich. I also enjoy the Corned beef brisket sandwich and their Italian. They have the sandwiches in three sizes, small, medium, and large. You'd need a big appetite to handle the large, but I usually can get by with the small or the medium if I'm hungry. Good selection of chips to go with the sandwiches as well. Don't miss the selection of hot sauce sitting on the counter to spice up or add another taste to your sandwich also. I love look through and try out a new sauce. Brownies and cookies are a nice addition of your in to that, and I like the lemon macadamia cookies at my location.
