The apartments are absolutely gorgeous, and I've never had property managers that are as friendly and responsive as they are here. They truly go above and beyond to make sure we're happy. The area is safe, quiet, convenient; the staff takes pride in their work. As an anecdote, I called late in the afternoon with a question but they were assisting someone else - no problem at all; I'd try again the next day and didn't leave a message... to my surprise, they saw they had missed my call and called me back to make sure everything was fine and to answer my question. When I needed maintenance on a weekend, the technician was at my door in just over an hour, with the knowledge to make the repair and a pleasant attitude. They exemplify "service with a smile," and the apartments themselves...

I was one of the very first people to move into the complex and it has been the best place I have ever lived, hands down. We have great maintenance and management staff, and the apartments are beautiful and well built. My neighbors are all fantastic and friendly, and the amenities of the place are impossible to beat! Valet trash pickup three days a week! The gym is available to us 24 hours a day and is well equipped with high end machines. I am officially spoiled. We have been thrilled to live here and so glad we made...

This property is so lovely. It is a beautiful setting, tucked back into a beautiful wooded setting overlooking a sports area of Oakwood with some beautiful wooded spaces as well. So quiet and peaceful. I love the amenities like the grill deck and a separate fire pit area as well as a beautiful heated pool and a whole complex water softener!!
