Out of my last three visits two were with curbside delivery. Both times, I was there on time and both times, I called from outside the store to see if my order was ready. The first time they asked me to come in for it. I was able, so I did. It seemed there was only one person really overloaded.
The second time, I was told it would be right out. I waited another 15 minutes; I had recently suffered a back injury and was not eager to leave the car. I called again. There was no answer, but I could clearly see 4 employees inside. I finally when in. The girl seemed surprised that no one had brought it out to me. There was one customer in the store and I could see 5 people in the kitchen laughing and talking. They served me a cool quesadilla (which I attempted to revive via microwave) and my beverage was not mixed all the way . There were whole dates and dry parts (but I was able to revive it with a blender at home).
They did not apologize. They did not offer to fix it. They did not offer to remake it. They offered no coupon, even after I reported the problem via email. So, I do not recommend curbside or weekend purchasing.
However, on my third and most recent visit, I went during weekday lunch. Though there was a line, it was 6- feet-spaced. The order taker was kind and helpful. The order was made properly and tasted great. I only waited a total of ten minutes. I was also able to try out a new edible straw, which was delightfully better than expected. It was so much more like the typical experience I have had with this establishment in the past. I only thought it would be fair to leave the review if I gave them one more shot. ( I cannot speak to the indoor dining experience since I have never actually done that now nor in the past.) Read moreI have visited this location twice this week and can’t even express how disappointed I am with the product I paid for both times. My smoothie the first time (triple berry oat) was so terrible I had to throw it away. They put both Splenda and turbinado in it and they forgot my whey protein, white chocolate and most likely the energizer as well. I did not have time to return to the store so I called about 6 times and no one answered the phone. I just chopped it up as a loss. So I go there again today thinking the mess up was a one time thing and I don’t even know what happened but apparently no receipt printed for my order so I sat there waiting for several minutes and then a employee came out and asked what I ordered and she wrote it down. I ordered a chipotle chicken with only meat and cheese with a side of Buffalo sauce with a triple berry oat no Splenda sub turbinado, no blueberry sub pomegranate, add white chocolate, add energizer and again my smoothie tastes like water. Literally like sugar water. I taste no fruit whatsoever. This drink is normally amazing but it’s not worth the trouble of losing money on products that aren’t what they are advertised as.The staff was extremely nice but if they can’t make a smoothie properly that’s a problem. I used to be a store manager at tropical smoothie so I know what it takes and I give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is ridiculous. So now after buying my dinner I am going to have to go somewhere else and get something. If they couldn’t get it right the last two times I’m not trying again. Read moreI had called and specifically asked if this was the location in the same shopping center as Dorothy Lane and right next door to the pet people. The girl on the phone said yes we are right next door to the pet people and in the same shopping center as Dorothy Lane market. I went to that location and they said that my order was not there. They then proceeded to tell me that there is another location further down on far hills mind you the traffic was atrocious and it was such an inconvenience because the store told me it was next door to the pet people and in the same shopping center as the Dorothy Lane market when it completely was not. I am not one to complain but when I went and wanted to speak with the manager of this specific location they told me that there was nothing they could do I said I'm not looking to get free food but if you could take something off of the price I would appreciate it for the extra gas that I just spent driving across town to your location and they said sorry we can't help you there's nothing we can do you should have looked at the address and known where it was at. Totally inconsiderate and the place was dirty so I will not be back. They are very rude and not willing to own up to their mistakes this is very bad business especially with the manager and how he handled it.

I did reach out to that email address you mentioned and I also filed a complaint with a live person and I have heard nothing back from the company so to file a complaint it's useless because no one gets back to you so don't give me that I already sent an email and you're just trying to look good on here so you'll get good reviews but your customer...
