I wish I had read some reviews before utilizing this company and would give less than 1 star if possible. Not only did I pay over $100 for the mother's day arrangement, but did not receive the Teleflora vase that the order was specifically placed for. I had to place a total of 4 calls to get an response only to be told that I didn't specify no substitutions. I have ordered arrangements from numerous florists over the years and never had this issue. It is expected to get a slight variation in bouquet should some flowers not be available or in season; however, for specialized vases there is always a phone call placed if it is not in stock. Now my mother doesn't have the keepsake vase she wanted. There was no offer to fix or offer any type of credit. The customer services was below sub-par and will definitely not be placing any...

I called to make my order. I said I wanted a red and white bouquet. I ordered Carnations and Roses. I was asked if I liked red tiger lilies. I told them no. I was asked if I wanted a vase, I told them no and that we already had plenty of vases at home. I explained I wanted the money to go to just flowers. When I arrived to get the flowers, the arrangement was in a vase with mostly white with varieties of daisies, lilies and some type of long spindly flower.
