The owner should be so ashamed of this place! Last time we stopped by, I asked for a plain bacon cheeseburger and it literally only had bacon and cheese.. no burger the fries were obviously old and barely warm. I excused that. Tonight we went around 745pm. Inside is closed which should be no surprise to me. I can’t remember ever seeing it open in the evening… even though there is always 5 or 6 cars waiting in the drive thru. Drive thru takes so long that the guy in front of me leaves. Lady taking my order is clearly thrilled to work for Wendy’s…first thing she says is “Just so you know, only 2 sandwiches per vehicle”… ummm what!?!?!? Not even a hello before that rude comment! I then ask for the browns meal with a Chocolate frosty. Response? “We ain’t got no chocolate frosty tonight”. So i order myself and my son 2 biggie bags instead (thank goodness my husband wasn’t in the car or one of us wouldn’t have been allowed to eat… per the above statement). So we pull forward to the window. Lady at the window looked as thrilled as she sounded about her job. She hands me 2 drinks faster than I can grab them and when I ask which one is coke she rudely responds “Its obviously marked”. Again, I let it go. I stated “oh, you don’t have any ice for the drinks?” Response: “Nope”. Ok. Well at this point I have a hungry kiddo and I’ve already paid, I guess it is what it is. Then, she slings the bag out the window and I take my food. I checked it and would have went back in and returned it all, EXCEPT THE INSIDE IS CLOSED. I’m not waiting 20 more minutes in the drive thru. So. I guess this Wendy’s location got the last donation from my pockets. I won’t be back. My sandwich was a mess. My son’s bun was literally rock hard. Fries.. old, barely warm and hard. Nuggets.. cold. Unbelievable. With all of the cars waiting at the drive thru and the wait time, I have a hard time understanding how this could be so terrible and food not fresh??? Looks like the owner needs to spend a little time at his store in the evening and see what’s actually happening. Best thing about this Wendy’s is how pretty the building looks from the outside. (Except for all of the signs taped to the inside of the drive thru windows that are clearly legible for customers to see telling employees what NOT to do… appears that the owner knows there’s an issue… exactly how big? That’s up to them to figure out). So I guess stop in if you are willing to brave it….Probably be better off popping over to Walmart for some bread and...

WENT TO THE COUNTER WAITING 5/10 MINUTES NO ONE ACKNOWLOGED I WAS STANDING THERE HENCE WALKING PASS ME MULTIPLE TIMES, THEY WASNT BUSY. A GUY CAME IN BEHIND ME, SAME THING HAPPENED, HE WENT UP TO THE COUNTER COMPLAINING ASKING WHAT THE FOOD WAS ON THE COUNTER, THEY LOOK AT IT TO CONFIRM IT WITH HIM, HE SAID THAT WAS THE CORRECT ORDER, REMIND YOU SHE JUST THREW IT DOWN AND WALKED AWAY BUT I KNEW IT WASNT MY ORDER. STILL IGNORING ME AND WALKS AWAY. I STARTED YELLING AND CUSSING ASKING WHERE THE F MY FOOD WAS AND THAT NO ONE CAN DO THEIR JOB TO MAKE EYE CONTACT OR SAY WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY. I HAVE LOTS OF RESPECT AND PATEINCE WITH PEOPLE, IT TAKES ALOT TO P ME OFF, I WAS LIVID!! THEY WENT TO GET THE MANAGER, HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING, MY ORDER DIDNT GO THRU, HE COULDNT FIND IT, I SHOWED HIM PROOF OF MY CONFIRMATION, TRYING TO TELL ME ITS NOT THERE, I SAID HERE IS THE EMAIL COMFIRMATION AND WENDYS COMFIRMATION FROM THE WEBSITE WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED, I PAID FOR THE FOOD AND IM NOT LEAVING HERE WITHOUT IT. HE FINALLY FOUND IT AND TOLD THE CREW TO MAKE MY FOOD. BURGERS WAS COLD, FRIES LOOKED LIKE THEY WAS COOKED A WEEK AGO, COMPLETLEY DRIED OUT AND BROWN. I WORKED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 30 YEARS THIS WAS UNREAL AND UNBELIEVABLE! I TRIED CALLING COOPERATE AND IT JUST RINGS AND RINGS AND HANGS UP. Read moreWe stopped in today for lunch @ approx 11:15. I never used their kiosk and I messed the order up and didn't know how to correct it. I waited a few moments until the manager saw me and I said "I need help with this, I messed up. "She was flustered and said she needed to get another "finger" "We don't have anyone up here." We waited a few moments and she re - appeared making a nasty comment to another male employee about "why have a kiosk if people don't know how to use it." The male employee said , "they can always use the drive thru." Looking right at me (We were in my husband's crane truck.) I then got mad and said "we can just leave if we are a problem." She said angrily "we don't have enough people here to work the front." My husband said "f.... this we are leaving", she started making an excuse again about being short stafed. I said on my way out, "you didn't need to talk about us while we were standing right there". We left and will never be back. I was not refusing to use the kiosk, I just didn't know how to correct my error. But to talk about us while we are standing right there making me look dumb because I messed the order up was uncalled for, unprofessional and just made her look bad as a leader. I'm sorry the store is short staffed and the drive thru was busy, that had nothing to do with me. I'm sorry I never used a Wendy's Kiosk and messed up.
