Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ocala

I been coming to this particular Dunkin Donuts since I move here after having my home built. Went thru drive thru and use my scan pay rewards card and never received my points as it wasn't scanned correctly by store manager name Linda. I went thru today and ordered online for wife and I and told them I was just Herr two days ago and didn't received my points or credits per days on visit per month. The store manager Linda walked up and became very confrontational with me as I was trying to explain she rudely kept interrupting myself during conversation . I told her it may have been human error and she said and I quote " Oh well not my problem what do you want me to do about it". I ask for her name and dad I'll contact corporate about it and about her attitude. She laughed and stated go ahead they won't do anything about it. Im a retired law enforcement officer and I must say the customer service has really gone down in last few years. I must say if the store managers have an attitude i can only imagine that the most of the employees probably act...

Love Dunkin' coffee! Went in today, just for a coffee, saw the new wrap's on the screen & was like wow those look so good! I ordered my coffee and asked the girl at the counter what all comes in the chariso & egg wrap. She told she doesn't work in the kitchen that she doesn't make the food. I was like so you don't know what's all in it? She told me no, except the chariso & eggs... I literally just laughed & said ok. She didn't offer to ask someone, nada. Then when it came out it was so small, nothing like the picture. I took 2 bite's & it was ice cold in the middle, I went back in side & told her I hate to be that guy but this is ice cold. She said so you want a refund, didn't offer a new one, so I laughed & said yes please. Bottom line if you have a new delicious looking promo, the staff should know what goes in it & how too make it. At least my coffee was delicious, praise...

I have never had a issue at any Dunkin’ Donuts until I came here. I ordered my regular drink with a extra espresso shot, and noticed they didn’t put the extra espresso shot In so I had mentioned it to the cashier if he could put a extra and he tells me I watched how it was made there is a extra one so I ask for the manager, another employee comes to the window and asks me what the issue is, then gets the girl who made the drink come tell me she put a extra one in and says to me “ there’s plenty in there mam” I again ask for the manager and this women yells to the manager “Can you come help this “beautiful girl” and tell her I already put one in. The second employee is laughing hysterically, and then the manager finally comes and has no problem giving me a extra espresso. I will never come to this dunkin again very...
