Salad bar was good but all the other sides could be better. I was confused on serving steamed asparagus cold?? As well as The sautéed squash and zucchini. Very cold! Then men that walked around with the meat would be more helpful if you could understand them alittle better maybe displaying a meat menu on the tables of what meat you're serving that night. As well as maybe offering two different types of cooked meats because we got a lot more well done meat than it being pink inside. I understand that you can flip the sign stating you don't want any more meat, but the thing is you're serving such a big Amount of meat That is very hard to try to taste all 11 meats in one night and then on top of that, what meat that's on my plate that I've already nibbled on you don't allow me to take it home? No to go boxes! I can understand if I'm stuff it with fresh meat but this is food we ate off of.. I was very disappointed. Our bill was $125 and we know we didn't get a chance to taste all the 11 meats because they kept sending the same meats over and over Chicken, sausage, lamb, top sirloin. That's it that was all the meat that we tried and we even asked the waitress again. Is there more meat to this and she said yes there's 11 meats being served tonight so with that being said, does that mean I have to sit at this restaurant for hours waiting to taste all 11 meats?? Needless to say good thing, I don't live here because I would never go back. I only saw my waitress twice. The hostess had an attitude from the start. And also very very noisy and crowded. Tables are literally on top of each other my husband and I could even barely hear each other. We asked the hostess if we can get another table and she got snappy and stated well pick a seat. We asked about a booth we saw online and she said ok and put us right next to the salad bar and stated this is all they have. I stated to her we made a reservation previous day and was told we get to request the booth and she shrugged her shoulders and said sorry and walked away... like I said we will never go back. Was a...
Read moreUPDATE TO REVIEW: Yes, below did happen. But this staff went above and beyond to correct the issue. Marvin and his amazing team were on top of everything. Today when we went on February 03. 2024 the ambiance was so different. The staff made sure to bring all the food by frequently. If at any point we wanted a meat to come back out, all you have to do is ask and they made sure to deliver. They even came by so often we had to flip our card over to catch up. The waiters ask the way you want the meat cooked (rare, medium, etc) and make sure it is what you are looking for. There was not a meat on the menu that we did not see. The meats were cooked to perfection, the pictures do not do it justice. Even more, the salad bar was very very fresh. Such amazing and unique salads to choose from. Our favorites there were the green beans, corn salad, and apple salad. If you want to go to a Brazilian steakhouse that knows what customer service means, this is the place to go. This was hands down our favorite Brazilian Steakhouse experience and we will always support a business that cares about the people. I wish that more places were like this. Although we did not order any drinks, every drink we saw looked spectacular. Our favorite meats were the top sirloin and the bacon wrapped fillet migon. I will note, that this is not like other Brazilian steakhouse where they give you fresh fried bananas and cheesy bread. It's in a warming tray where it is not as fresh. If these are one of your staples that you need to have when you go to a Brazilian steakhouse, I'd think twice.
Review made in January 2024: What a disappointment the waiter did not come to our table often. The food was good but we just kept getting the same thing over and over again and gad to ask for a variety to come by. It took forever to get our food even with our card up. Our special celebratory dinner was a total...
Read moreMy husband and I tried this for the first time on his birthday. It was a Tuesday. Did make reservations. But it was not that busy at all. Every member of the staff was very nice, attentive, and informative. They explained everything nicely. Didn't have to ask for anything except dessert. The food was delicious. (However I don't eat the beef although my husband did say it was all delicious. He tried the lamb and didn't like it but that was just his preference. Doesnt like it in anything but gyros) the sausages and pineapple were the best. The pork was good. I like it on the dry side,my husband said it was too dry for him. I didn't care for the chicken. Kind of chewy and tasted kind of like old grease. The salad bar was well stocked with things like salad, salami, prosciutto, smoked salmon, green beans, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, chickpea salad, crab stuffed mushrooms etc. Although these were all cold which was kind of strange. But they had a hot side section with beef stroganoff, rice, black beans, mashed potatoes, gravy with mushrooms, and three cheese pasta. Which minus the beef stroganoff (because I didn't try it)everything was delicious. The mushroom gravy especially. Dessert was the chocolate cake. A cold, creamy cake. Very rich. Hubby got the free ice cream for his birthday. Was good. And an espresso served with a piece of rock candy which was unexpectedly cute. It was delicious and I'm not a big coffee drinker. Would definitely go again. Was about $130 after soft drinks, dessert cake, espresso, and tip. Not the cheapest but definitely a good...
