I would think twice before doing deliveries here if you are a gig worker. For me, it has always been a 15-30 minute wait. But, tonight was terrible. I pulled up, hit the button, spoke to a Kendall and let her know I was there for a pick-up. She says it will be right out, I say thank you, and got radio silence for 30 plus minutes.

Finally clicked the button again to see the issue, and she acted like I was a new customer. I asked about the order, and was told it went through 3 times, and someone else picked it up. They knew a driver was in that kiosk waiting for that order, yet nobody had the courtesy to tell me that the order was picked up. They completely forgot that pull-up kiosk even had anyone in it I suppose. No apologies and not a great explanation. If the order went through 3 times, and someone else grabbed it, why was the customer able to message me, and ask where his order was after I was told that. I would think it would go to the person who picked it up, that is if it wasn't the customer who ordered it anyways.

That brings me to my next point, they don't confirm anything about the order and wasted a total of an hr of my time; which also costed me whatever money I couldn't make in that time.

Be careful, and I will personally not deal with them anymore, to eat or do deliveries for them. Mind you, this was from 10-11pm and is a side gig. Never planned on being out that late and...

This location lost its pride. In recent months it has made a turn for the worst, I've had 2 bad experiences here within the last 2 weeks on 3 total visits, one being stale bun on sloppy burger and second was I received about a quarter of the chicken that comes in a large popcorn chicken bowl and after mentioning it to the lady at the window that it was way short, she stayed that WELL, THATS WHAT YOU GET, HAVE A GOOD NIGHT. I wish I knew how to attach pics to reviews so you could see just how sloppy and short the order was as for I did take pics because of how it was handled. I will now avoid this location and inform my friends that the location down by Walmart and across the street from Aldi is probably the only decent location taking pride in what they serve Sonic has in our area. They have a new manager and his wife running the place, friendly employees and deserve the business but as far as the location on Maricamp rd, it is like Russian roulette so enter your order at your own risk because management there obviously doesn't care what they are serving to customers and even when brought to their attention, could care less.
