edit: This visit, my order was correct, the drive thru cashier was courteous, and she even offered me a drink holder for my two drinks!
Although I am leaving my previous experience below, I am raising this Burger King back up to 5 stars.

I am a regular patron of this BK due to proximity to my home and the availability of the Impossible Whopper. The Impossible Whopper is my justification of that second star.
My most recent visit was much like most visits: cold, unsalted fries and unfriendly service. Speaking particularly to the unfriendly service, at the order screen I noticed that the order showed my two meals to be small and so I "just want[ed] to check that these are large meals". After silence, the box replies bluntly that "I already got that".
The curtness of this reply stopped me cold in the same way that unwarranted slap across my face would stop me. I was stunned.
I didn't say anything to the employee when the time came to face her...I was too shamed to look her in the eye after she stopped me so cold. She passed out two large drinks while I scramble to create a makeshift drink holder. As usual, I make a show of frantically clearing space in the passenger seat in hopes of warranting the offer of a drink-carrier (the humility suffered at the order-taking speaker prevented me from mustering the dignity required to request a carrier for myself). I was awarded with a "Thank you" at the end of this experience that returned a sliver of the self-respect I lost upon arrival.

Read moreI went through drive thru at 8:50 this morning (2/25/18) and ordered 6 sausage biscuits, a 3 piece French Toast Sticks, a small order of hashbrowns and a Large Sweet Tea with light ice. There was a prompt answer upon arriving at the speaker box. I ordered the six sausage biscuits and I told the attendant I needed a second to decide what else needed to be ordered. I took 30-45 seconds to decide and was bombarded the whole time with "what else" in a rude manner about 6 times. I then ordered the rest of my food and proceeded to the first window to pay. The lady there was very sweet. I went to the second window to pick up my food. The woman there was very rude. She was the one who took my order. I asked for 6 packs of mustard with it when I arrived. I later asked for some grape jam. She handed me my order and forgot the mustard. I asked for it and she literally threw it in the bag. This woman made a fist with mustard and threw her arm in a downward motion in the bag in a very aggressive manner. I told her I also needed the grape jam and she did the same thing. As I was leaving, she stared very hard, almost in a way a sedated patient from a psych ward in a movie would, at me. Read moreTerrible service everytime we’ve come here. We like to do a Saturday morning drive thru and eat breakfast together. Today we came through and ordered two croissants with cheese, sausage, and bacon only and a large hash brown. The lady comes on and says “ oh shit” and then says “Oops my bad” and continues by saying they didn’t have any biscuits. We told her “it’s okay, we ordered croissants” and she said “oh, alright come on up to the second window.” We got our food for $10.90 and I opened the bag as we pulled out. The food was COLD. Not like it’s just been sitting there for hours cold, but cold as if they had just taken sausage and bacon from yesterday, and pulled the croissant and cheese out of the fridge when we ordered. So we pulled up and I went inside to let the lady at the front counter know what happened and she told me that their “line” that heats up the food wasn’t working and the girls should have told us. I told her that they didn’t an we didn’t want cold food and asked for a refund. After she went to talk to the girls to tell them how she can’t run both sides of the store and then talked to what I (believe) to be the manager. She comes back and refunds me $4.90. She only refunded us for ONE of our croissants. Will not...
