First time in no one to greet us thought the place was closed until a employee came out from the back and looked up long enough from her phone to muster out a half hearted hey which isnt a greeting I would expect to get in a professional setting unless I personally know that person, and then she was right back to her phone. Told her it was my first time here and asked if she could explain how the process works, still on her phone while walking away headed towards the back room where she came from replied like she was talking to newborn grab cup put stuff in give me money as the other ladies who I can only assume also work there laughed. My friend made some cups for us to go some flavors unavailable and machines were down. we stood at the check out for a good five minutes waiting for one of the ladies that could clearly see us waiting to ring us up. Finally one of the employees decided to ring us up after they had finished their conversation in the back no words were spoken no have a nice day would you like a receipt nothing. Read moreWow this place has gone downhill. From what used to be a favorite spot to now, absolutely grimy, most machines were empty, used cups loaded on each machine, and AWFUL employee service. Pigsty I tell you! To top that wonderful picture I just portrayed it was an unlimited Thursday and all they had were green cups out when the sign said fill up your “white” cups at an unlimited amount. We go to pay and are told those were not the right cups for the special, had us dump our servings then she reloaded it with red cups, not even white. I would’ve been okay with it even though it was their fault being lazy not restocking the cups or cleaning up the place, but the employee service was outright rude. Read moreWe went around 7:30 for no weigh Thursday, paid and went to my car. As I go to take the first taste of my yogurt I see a long light brown hair embedded inside the yogurt. It must have been inside the toppings. My hair is pitch black. I got back inside not even 3 minutes after I had paid. I show the girl at the register. She says “oh but we wear hairnets”. Actually, no they don’t. I observed both employees working refilling the toppings and going in and out of the back without hairnets on. No resolution was offered. At all. I didn’t have my receipt as I normally don’t need them for small transactions. But clearly I had the white cup with the logo. I’m disgusted by the lack of kindness and customer service.
