Friendly and lovely stuff. What I love about the Menu is that it’s offers so much more than just the basic Thai dish, that other Thai restaurants don’t offer. I’m not talking about Pat Thai or Tomyum. There were a variety of papaya salads like Thai - Northern style or Isaan style. Or the famous boat noodles, this case “floating market soup” etc. Highly recommend the crispy Duck. Soft and rich in flavor. Me personally I got addicted to the shrimp paste papaya salad. 🤤 Last time I had good papaya salad like this was in Thailand. Overall I think this restaurant just represents authentic Thai food perfectly. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. I got homesick to Thailand leaving this restaurant.

Ordered to go. I was thinking it was the old restaurant in that space. Ordered pad Thai no nuts covered in peanuts that’s the first yuck. It was close to closing so no time to return it. Then ordered pan yaeng curry it didn’t have any veggies that normally come with that like green beans, red peppers. It had potatoes and I’ve never eaten it with that and will not again. Wont order from this place again. The curry saice was also super runny never had it that thin before either. Highly dissatisfied.

This is no longer the Bann Thai Old Town we once knew. New management, new chef and sadly, the authentic Thai flavors are gone. Don’t be deceived, this place is nothing like what it used to be. If you can not cook the very Basic Basil Rice properly then what to expect 🤦‍♂️ Best wishes for new management and at least i am not going back.

This place is a hidden gem! We came here for a day trip, and one of the local artists recommended this Thai restaurant. We honestly didn’t have any expectations for Thai food in such a small town, but a quick Google search showed they had just recently opened, so we decided to give them a try.

It’s a small, cozy space, and everything looks brand new. The staff are very friendly, polite, and great!

We ordered the larb, green curry chicken, and stir-fried basil chicken, and everything was surprisingly amazing! Very authentic, flavorful, and fresh.

Now we have a reason to visit this town again—just for this incredible Thai food. Highly recommend to anyone who loves...
