What did I like about it is the question you ask? There is absolutely nothing I like about it! I go to this McDonalds maybe 2 or 3 times a month. Since it is across the street from my house, I go out of pure convenience. Each time I go I hope they make changes in staff, or management, and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt. Each time I get disappointed, and quite angry! Not only are you waiting forever for your order, (this is fast food people, I go to fast food, because I want my food quick, fast and in a hurry!) but the service is absolutely the worst I have encountered in the service industry! They are always rude, very unfriendly and act like they could care less about helping you! My order is always wrong....always! Ok, maybe once or twice they got it right, but the fries or burgers were old and cold. I might be able to get past the incompetence with the food mistakes, but what I absolutely can't get past is the poor costumer service their employees have. Bad thing is their management has the same stagnant attitude as their employees. So, complaining to a manager does no good when they are just as bad. Although nowdays, it seems most people in the customer service industry are miserably rude people. That's your job people! If you don't like putting a smile on your face and being nice when at work, you should consider finding another job! I think after today's visit I am done with this McDonalds! I ordered 2 nugget happy meals for my little boys, get home and one box is missing the nuggets. I call them and they tell me to bring the reciept and they will replace it! Ok, so I am home already and now I have to get into the car and go back for my nuggets! I should of known better and checked the boxes before I left the line. Especially at this McDonalds where every trip there is a mistake. Go to the Wendy's next door, they are always very fast, efficient, friendly and the food is hot. Sorry for rambling on but I am just very aggravated with this establishment and it's employees! If anyone knows how to contact their corporate office I would like to offer some...
Read moreThis is the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to and almost every single time I have come here with my boyfriend the food and service is awful.
Yesterday we went at 9:22 PM and placed two mobile orders, mine included 2 apple pies and when we received our food after waiting in line for 20 minutes because they didn’t bother to tell the people ahead of us to pull forward, our fries were cold, burgers were nasty, and my two apple pies were OLD! one apple pie was supposed to be wasted out at 5:37 PM. and the second pie was supposed to be out at 8:34 PM!!!! ONE OF THOSE PIES WAS 5 hours old, the other 1 and a half, and they were also BOTH BURNT!
For those who haven’t worked in mcdonald’s or fast food, you are supposed to put a time sticker on the apple pie boxes so that you know when you’re supposed to throw them out and replace them with new pies. Typically their shelf time from the oven is roughly 2-3 hours.
we called and asked if we could get fresh pies the next day and they said yes, so my boyfriend went to go pick them up for me an hour ago, and they’re both old and disgusting. the people just took off the stickers so we couldn’t tell what time they were supposed to be wasted out, and i know they did this because the sticky sticker residue was left on the boxes. WE TOLD THEM LAST NIGHT WE WOULD BE FINE WAITING THE 12 MINUTES FOR FRESH PIES, and they couldnt even be bothered to do that! Disgusting and terrible service. dont give these people your time, some people need to be fired. Or get better management. We both worked at mcdoanlds for 8 years so we KNOW how the job works, it’s not that hard to do it correctly.
PS the woman he talked to over the phones name was possibly kylie? she was kind but clearly needs some more training on how to properly handle the food because she told us she would replace our pies no problem, and make them fresh, but today she happily handed over OLD PIES AND JUST TOOK THE STICKERS OFF OF THEM. get better workers that actually care about...
Read moreCHECK YOUR FOOD* Well let's see where to begin typically I don't go to McDonald's however, I decided on the way home to get some comfort food after a long day at work. Went through the drive-thru quick easy gets you home quicker menu is promptly posted. Today I was going to try their bacon big Mac meal. The drive-thru person was friendly. I am a fry guy as well so naturally got the large Myfood came out hot, and as fresh as McDonald's can be pulled off drive-thru experience was great.
However when I get home to eat!! I open my big Mac box to find a perfectly placed burger in the box pretty excited to eat it however I lift the bun to find out that they forgot to put the "all beef patties" in my sandwich one of the key ingredients to any burger at McDonald's. ESPECIALLY YOUR SIGNATURE ONE!! So naturally not going to eat bread and lettuce and special sauce went back to this establishment to get a new one at this point I probably should have reconsidered and got my money back however went ahead and went with it.
You can tell the staff inside were Definitely not a happy bunch, the manager who took my bag had a slight attitude when I showed her that I did not have the patties in my sandwich as if it was my fault. Asked her if I could also get new fries since by the time I got home to realize that my sandwich was not complete and by the time I would make it to the establishment back home to eat it they would be cold. She didn't like that suggestion however at the end of all this regardless how terrible they were at making my big Mac. I did get a new one along with fries that were probably not in there no longer than 10 minutes. so unfortunately the fact that I had to drive back, knowing that I will not be going to the establishment for quite some time due trust issues My new big Mac did have patties and all the ingredients to a big Mac.
