I've left 5 star reviews before but for the last three visits something has gone wrong. The first time they got my order wrong and put in something I don't like. Didn't notice til I got home. Picked it out no big deal but for people who eat just about everything and only have those very few things they don't like, the flavor sticks so it wasn't as enjoyable. The second time, I tried to call ahead 5 times to order ahead and no one picked up so I just ordered when I got there. Took close to 25 minutes for a fruit and some corn. This last time, I again tried calling to order ahead since I knew they were closing soon. Called three times, again no pick up. When I got there at 840 the place was empty except for one guy so them not picking up the phone was confusing. I ordered a torta and the girl said they didn't have anymore and when I asked why she stayed quiet so I can only assume they just didn't want to make it because it was close to quitting time. There has also been some small issues with customer service/friendliness but whatever. I'll probably end up giving it a few more chances before I stop coming because I really love this place but I'm genuinely...

I bought a tostiesquites(very delicious) and a crepe with leche quemada ice cream. Normally, this ice cream flavor is delicious but this time it tasted horrible. I called and first very nice person said she was going to transfer me to the claims lady. I mentioned my concern to the other person and asked her to try the ice cream. She gave me really bad attitude and offered me to refund me for the crepes price, stating that nothing was wrong with ice cream. This place is the best! I have been here many many times and have never been disappointed, I've tried many different things and always leave happy. I have many favorites! I highly suggest getting an agua de sandilla🍉 (fresh watermelon juice) it's delicious. Oh and the fresas con crema are life! 🍓🍓🍓
