I have tried calling in my orders for months (since Summer 2021) In the past, I usually went elsewhere like Pizza Hut, Mountain Mikes, etc since I am only able to place my orders by phone for self pick-up. This last occasion, I called and once again, no one would pick up the phone. I really wanted Little Caesar's and I had some time to waste. So I get there and order in person., I spoke to the cashier and asked her why the phone lines have been down for so long, since every time I call in my order no one picks up. She looked at me puzzled and I told her that for months, I have tried calling in (obviously not everyday but on random occasions) and since no one picks up I take my business elsewhere. She tells me "Well, phones our not our priority. Our priority is app orders or walk ins." I looked around and No one else was in line waiting, there were two people standing on the side waiting for their order. I asked her how many people are waiting on the app now? She said there are no pending orders at the moment. I said ok, thanks. As I waited for my pizza to be done, I saw she was cleaning and curiosity struck... why not call now since I seen it wasn't busy. I was standing INSIDE so as I called I would be able to hear the phone ring. As I heard the phone ring and ring... no phone rang inside the store! I was like wow... they do not even hear the phones if someone calls. I do not have time to install an app and order through an app, I like to order the old fashioned way lol. Through the phone or walk in if I have time to spare. This makes me feel unvalued as a customer if they do not like to be bothered by taking in orders on the phone. Read moreFor the third time in a row and about the 6th in all, we did not receive the sauces ordered for the bread when delivered. We decided to drive to the store to see why this keeps happening. The boy who first came to the counter was rude and after asking for the manager multiple times, he finally came up. To no surprise, he blamed someone else, the Door Dash driver. He said that they were responsible for asking for sauces. WHY?! The completed And Paid order should be together and ready to go. The manager was very rude and didn't offer any compassion or solution whatsoever. We requested a new pizza and bread be made because it was now 45 min old pizza and looked burned. He refused. Read morePlace an online order and showed up 10 minutes later. Let them know I was there. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes listening to loud ghetto rap music with tons of explcit lyrics. It was so obnoxious I waited outside for awhile. Looked back where they prep and no one was around. Only one girl that was working was washing dished while guys messed around.. hope manager reads this..I looked back by oven and no one was there. My kids are sitting in car the entire time. After my estimated pickup window passed I left. I received email when I got home pizza was ready..lol...what a poor experience. No customer service and no urgency. They didn't even make the estimated window of nearly 30 minutes while I was actually there...
