This location is severely understaffed, which could explain a lot of the issues people have with this store. I for one won't be returning after they increased the price of their 10-count donut hole by 75%. They hadn't even updated their menu to reflect the price change, so when I got to the window I was surprised when my normally $4 order was instead $6. If I went to the other local Dunkin my order would have been $4. I didn't realize that I would pay different prices, sometimes more, depending on which store I go to. Maybe this store isn't frequented as much and needs to increase their prices to stay afloat, but with the price of everything nowadays I can't justify spending the two extra dollars on this luxury of easy and quick breakfast. Especially not at this store. Ultimately I see their price hikes hurting them and eventually causing this store to shut down. If you want to spend an extra $2-$5 more than you normally would at Dunkin, go to this store.
EDIT: Back to say that with the continued 1-star reviews (there being more 1-star reviews than 2,3, or 4-star reviews) I would have thought things would change or the store would be shut down. It seems like the employees pick and choose who they serve with respect at this location. I visited this store about 5 months ago hoping things had changed and it had not. Waiting 5 minutes to order inside when there is one person in the drive thru, when all I wanted was a muffin is not good customer service. These people ignore you, it’s questionable whether they are sanitizing their hands before handling food and they give people old food and coffee that has been sitting around. Me and my wife stopped in to order some breakfast one sat morning, the place was somewhat packed and as it got to our turn in line the cashier seemed less than enthused about helping us order. This was a younger African american female. What my wife wanted was stated to be "out" -- the cashiers words directly, and when my wife asked her what flavors they had of a certain item, she literally huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at us while stating the 5 flavors available. My order was simple, an everything bagel with cc, untoasted. At this point we pay, and conveniently we were told after that their receipts were broken, yet on drive thru there were receipts being given out the window. The cashier at this point continues to give attitude and acting like she hated her job. I now realize that there was no receipt given to us because I blatantly asked/told the cashier that she had the worst attitude. If I had the receipt I could easily contact the manager or corporate and she would likely be given retraining or fired. She saved her job I suppose. After driving 30 minutes home, I then realized my order was wrong, plain bagel with nothing on it. I had to drive back 40 minutes, wait for another 20 in a parking spot because they still couldn't get their stuff together and then be given a sloppy bagel with cc all over the wrapper and an order of hash browns that I paid for on my return trip dropped all over the bottom of the bag. Last night I went around 8 PM and I got some lukewarm coffee and the 2nd cup was a pumpkin spice and it didn’t taste like pumpkin spice. So I go back today with 2 cups almost full and I asked for them to replace it. Manager just says she’ll make me a fresh cup that wants to charge me full price. I told the lady at the window I’m not paying to get the manager, The manager says just give them a discount without talking to me. Then the girl at the window trying to charge me the discounted price I told her I’m not Paying call the manager. The manager is upset that I’m still at the window. I say excuse me and she says with an attitude to the lady at the window just give them those coffees and never speaks to me like a manager should.
