I can’t lie the food was hot and ready for me. What wasn’t appreciated was Antonio’s attitude this morning it’s a little ridiculous when you come up to the speaker and all you hear is “your order.” I said excuse me, what did you say and he says it again “your order” I’m flabbergasted and a little dumbfounded, but I respond with what I want. Then I drive up to the window so I can pay him, and he just continues being rude with other people on the intercom, taking somebody else’s order while holding a machine to process my payment out the window without even acknowledging me. I tried tapping it, so it would be quicker for him as he clearly wanted to multitask, but it didn’t go through so I asked him did it go through no response I tap it again I asked him again and he looks at it and he said no it didn’t make a noise. I said it did. That’s why I’m asking if it went through, he said no it didn’t it declined. My card didn’t decline. It never went through. Hence why I asked you twice…his demeanor was completely unwelcoming, and quite frankly ruined my appetite. if he doesn’t appreciate his job, I’m sure someone else will. He needs to go to customer service school or something and learn how to speak to customers. It made me think twice next time I’ll just have breakfast somewhere else. Also, this is the closest McDonald’s to my work, so I’m here at least once or twice a week for my office staff. Read moreI went through drive through gave a code for a large frappe on my phone it said got it, then i added a 4b meal and upgraded the drink for a med frappe. When I get to the window he said I couldn't get the code so he put it in as a sweet tea but when I get to the next window they asked about a sweet tea which I did not order the 1st window told me he did it his way cause he screwed up but I should still get the medium and large frappe I ordred.ordered. the manager was not understanding wouldn't even talk to me tell the window agent charge her if she wants the large when it clearly showed on the receipt that the 1st cashier screwed up. With that being said the manager should have granted me my large frappe common sense should have showed why would I use a coupon on a large on a medium meal.. I went back through drive through to ask the cashier why he didn't explain what he did to clear this all up he confused himself so I just drove off without my large frappe. For this reaction management and staff should not be rushing orders then get upset with the customers when they screwed up and management should be able to resolve instead of making it worse. Read moreThis place in unbelievable. This is my 2nd bad review for this McDonald's. Please don't hire people that don't want to work. The manager at 12:15pm 10/15/24 is rude, very unprofessional. Eye rolls and talking to another co worker right in your face and given stares because they forgot 3 fries with my order. I went through drive through, went back inside to correct missing items and she did not believe me. Had to go back out to retrieve my bag and show her my fries were not in there. Showed my receipt on app . The small fries were not even half way filled. The gentleman that took my order was polite but his managers attitude is uncalled for. This is the same manager that made me leave a bad review last time. Very unprofessional! Please do better. I frequent this McDonald's often because it is closest to my house. I said I wouldn't be back after the last bad experience and I decided to go back today in hopes for a better outcome and for the Halloween happy meal bucket. Definitely won't return after this.
