I went to 7brew hoping for a decent coffee, but what I got was an absolute nightmare. First off, the line was ridiculously long, and it took forever to get to the window. When I finally ordered, the employee seemed totally clueless and got my drink wrong not once, but twice! Seriously, how hard is it to make a simple latte?
And don't even get me started on the manager. When I asked to speak to them about the terrible service, they were completely dismissive and acted like I was bothering them. No apology, no offer to fix the drink—just a blank stare and a shrug. It was clear they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. Read moreWhat a difference 😪. I've been going to this location almost daily for over a year. Couple of weeks ago they got a new manager. Service is consistently slow and the lines are long. The upbeat, happy crew I'm used to are sad faced, rushed and struggling. Apparently this manager thinks the road to profit is not scheduling enough workers and making customers wait. Can't tell you how many cars I've seen drive away. Management, you need to get a handle on this.
