Stars Drive-in — Restaurant in Odessa

I actually used to not like this restaurant as far as their burgers go but the last time I went it was the best burger. I always just look at it as a knockoff of Sonic LOL I don't know why maybe it was here longer than Sonic but anyways I've just never been that much into their food and I don't like their drinks that much because they kind of taste like a generic syrup or something I don't know they have a weird funky taste. Not their sodas just their flavor drinks. Used to I would have given this restaurant maybe a two to three star but because the burger was so good last time I'm giving it a four star. Customer service has never been an issue everybody's always been pretty decent. I would just say I'm giving it a four for quality of food, but it actually got a four because of the burger. They forgot to bring my three drinks. The girl went back and only brought me two. It took her 10 to 15 minutes to get my drink! I pressed the button to request my remaining drink, but the girl who answered rudely cut me off while I was speaking. Soon after, my drink was finally brought out. The girl who delivered it skipped back inside while being sassy.

I called the manager to address the situation, and she informed me that they were not allowed to go back to me into they circle back around. I had been waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for 1 drink! The manager said it didn’t matter if I was a customer, it doesn’t matter if they forgot my stuff I have to wait because they make a mistake. Whenever I got home they forgot stuff I ordered. Very unprofessional. All of this was over just one drink! I will never return to this...

I stopped at Stars on Andrews Hwy on my way back to Midland from San Antonio I ordered the hamburger combo no cheese, large fries, n lg coke the girl that took my order was so friendly n nice I loved this place cause my burger was hot n fresh like I love it to be the fries were fresh n hot I enjoyed eating my food the car hop was an American white girl she was so nice she deserved the good tip I gave her since I tip them good if they are nice n friendly if they're not I won't tip nobody wherever I eat I definitely recommend this Stars to all my family n friends n anybody else that wants to eat fresh hot food go to this Stars the employees are all so friendly n nice.
