Very rude employee at drive thru. I pulled up to the speaker and ordered the Chicken Diablo sandwich, just the sandwich. The reply was $6.36 for the sandwich. I replied thanks, then waited in line as there were multiple vehicles ahead. When I finally pulled up to the window the pay, I was greeted with a stern “Yes? What do you want?” I responded “my chicken sandwich “. Vivian, according to name on receipt, said I didn’t place your order yet. Not sure what she is doing, but I paid and waited for it. While I was waiting, another vehicle pulled behind me. Next thing I know is Vivian hitting my car with her hand yelling at me to move. I told her to not touch my vehicle and I’m waiting for the order you failed to place. If I wasn’t in a hurry to pick up my son, I would’ve gone inside and spoken to a manager. I don’t go around punching Arbys property, so I’d appreciate it if your employees, Vivian, would keep her hands off my property. I have never encountered such a spectacle at a fast food restaurant. Read moreThey are VERY UNPREFESSIONAL the girl asked me to hold when there was no line and no one in dining room I sat for 6 minutes at the order screen waiting for her to take my order then when I pulled up to the window they were all leaning on the food counters and this black girl wAs swinging her hair all by the food so we sat their for another 5 minutes while they talked right in front of my face then she ran my card and while I was trying to put my card away she said here and shoved the drink in my face which was very unprofessional and rude I grabbed my drink then she slams the window in my face then walks off then the other black girl come to the window and asks if I want sauce and I tell her no ma’am and then she shoves the 1st bag in my face then before I can set down the first bag she gives me she is already shoving the second one in my face I am very upset with this restaurant and feel the manager should have ALL NEW employees and teach them manners since obviously there mommas didn’t!!!! I went there today because when I drove by the parking lot was empty & there was nobody in line at the drive through...I figured that if o was the only customer there maybe the service would be a bit faster than normal...I waited for a few minutes at the speaker before someone finally came on to take my order...I ordered a market sandwich with turkey & avacado...I was told that they were out of avocado sauce so I ordered a Turkey, Ranch, & Bacon sandwich combo with a large curly fries...Then I was told that they were out of large fry containers so they could only do medium curly fries...I said okay to that even though I was trying to share them with my toddler, they then asked what drink I wanted & I said a coke & I was told the coke was also out...I just told them to cancel my order...I will never go back to that store...Super slow service & nothing in stock is not the way you...
