Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Odessa

Although I mistakenly showed up @ 10:20 after hours which was 10:00 the lights were still on and seemed to be inservice. I read the times on google wrong. When i came to the drive up no one answered. Again everytjing was still all lightened up. So i drove up to the window and patiently waited. There were two cooks and one cashier trying there inside. I waited there for a good 7 min waiting for one of them to give me a response. They were laughing and having smug looks the whole time which i knew they were acting like I didnt exist. I spoke to them through the window and asked “are you really going to act like i dont exist?!” One of them nodded yes without looking at me. This is disgusting. Ordered ice cream for family tonight. All of whom were in car. Kindly asked male at window to keep carrier and just pass us the order since we didn’t need it. Guy at window became rude and obnoxious and insisted we just take it since he had put everything in there. My husband again repeated we didn’t need it and guy started getting verbally abusive with my husband. Asked for manager Lizette who defended him and insisted he was just trying to move people thru the line and it was taking to long to pull the blizzards out of the carrier. Really? Took my 83 yr old mother for a chocolate shake, she paid cash and the boy running drive window dropped her change under the vehicle. When I asked him to either retrieve the money or give her the change she is due, he stated "it's only 50 cents". I tried to get her money from under the vehicle but could only find 2 nickels, when I was discussing with her what she wanted to do, a lady with an attitude from the window said I would have to leave the drive, I tried to explain my mom was waiting for her change, she got more hostile saying we needed to leave the window.
