I went to this place on a Monday to have a remote start/alarm and custom subwoofer enclosure installed. Truck measured for box and decided on which remote start system. Guy told me they could have box built by Wednesday and installed on Thursday. Called Wednesday the guy said box was going to take longer to build so maybe by Saturday. Scheduled the truck to come in and install remote start amp and test fit custom box on Tuesday. I show up at 9:00 am and the only person there is one of the installers. Took in 2 cars for tint. On my black challenger, after it was completed, now has 2 scratches. Deep scratches that i can put my finger nail in. I brought it to the attention of Carlos. He said they can’t fix it because I don’t have proof of them NOT being there prior to going to the shop. Who takes pics of their cars daily?? Went here to get my windows tinted. Extremely rude customer service. Did a terrible job with the tint. There were bubbles, the tint was already peeling by the time I left and there were a lot of gaps around the edges. I asked for a large eyebrow and they made it thin instead of large like I asked. Took the truck back and asked them kindly to redo the parts that looked the worse and it still looked sloppy and they did not redo the eyebrow at all. Save your time & money and do...
