Daylight Donuts — Restaurant in Odessa

First time to try the one in Odessa. At 7 am I'd expect the donuts to be soft and hopefully warm. Not in my case. The donuts were actually so cold and dry, I'd swear they were leftovers that had been stored in the fridge. Honestly, when I tap my cinnamon roll on the desk it sounds like a knock on the door. Maybe they're having an off morning, because what I got in no way reflects these Yelp reviews. I used to frequent the one in Lubbock when I lived there and I never received a stale cold donuts even at 11 am, let alone 7 am. Soooo...

A staple in our community. Growing up eating daylight donuts has ruined donuts for me forever! People (not from Odessa) are always talking about how great Dunkin’ Donuts and Krispy Kreme donuts are but I honestly believe daylight donuts blows them out of the water! The kolaches are so delicious it makes my mouth water just thinking about them... & don’t get me started on the cinnamon rolls. Love me some...

Went in but it was about to close n not very much selection. Probably cause we went in right about closing. Anyway, lady was polite n did offer what was there. Me and daughter were happy for what we got. Price excellent n 🍩 were very fresh. My in-law recommended them so we tried it. All in all clean nice people good donuts 🍩. Will go again but early this time lol....
