I ordered pizza around an hour before closing time. First, I was repeatedly hung up on. I should have taken this as my warning. Then when the driver gets to my house he can’t find my annoying address and calls for directions and I guide him in noticing he’s left out my 2 liter. No big deal accidents happen and also after looking in my wallet realize I’m only holding a $100 bill. Typically I’d understand if they couldn’t accept it. That’s the rule and I’m completely aware of it. But being he forgot my soda he accepts the bill and I’m ok with him bringing back my change with my forgotten 2 liter. As time goes by the store now closes and my driver arrives with my drink and my change. The total was around 21$ bucks and I asked for 72$ dollar back leaving what I thought was a decent tip. The kid runs up to my door and hands me my change and takes off faster then I can say thank you. I sit down to eat and then after gather my cash off the table only to realize I have 2 real one dollar bills, 2 real 5 dollar bills, and three pretty obvious fake 20$ dollar bills. I’ve been in cash handling business for years so I may spot them easier then most. Again no big deal I’d just call the store and make them aware that someone must have slid them by when paying cash. But here’s where it gets really creepy. I call the store and of course no answer they are closed. I remember the driver called for directions so I call the number he called me from. He answers and I say hello, is this the guy who delivered my pizza? Immediately he becomes defensive and says maybe, why? Is there a problem? In an extremely rude manner. I said yeah actually there is... You passed off a few fake bills to me as change with my order. He automatically doesn’t act as someone would who did this by accident AT ALL! He starts getting combative and says he’s standing outside of the store and that I needed to call there because he was walking back in to let the manager know. Mind you at this time we both know the store is long been closed. So I mentioned that as he assured me continuing to push me off the phone that he was walking in and the manager would answer me undoubtedly. So I idiotically hang up and call the store that no one is in as the phone rings and rings. As I call him back wouldn’t you know now he’s not answering at all. This starts the beginning of a long drawn out, completely sketchy, head scratching turn of events that everyone should know before they themselves become scammed by the entire staff working at this location. From a girl pretending to be a manager who wasn’t, to another “manager” telling me it wasn’t policy to give out the general managers name and contact info. After calling the police and the corporate office I was assured that that is most def NOT policy. Long story short in the end I was left paying 100$ for a 20$ order and handing over the fake bills to police thankful I noticed and didn’t end up looking like a dirty thief in line at another store passing them off accidentally. Whatever is going on there is not good at all. And everyone down the line was a part of or knew of what goes on and did everything they all could to cover it up. Be careful! Be very careful! I’d say pay debit or credit but the thought of them having my card number scares me worse. I hope this helps some other unsuspecting hungry person before they are also not just out their hard earned cash. But possible embarrassment and or possible arrest handing out bills the were cluelessly given by these criminals. Better to pick up a Totinos at Dollar General then do...
Read moreSo disappointing every time unfortunately. We have given this specific Domino's location chance after chance most days its ok and we will tolerate it because we are hungry, others like tonight we just were over it. I usually never give places a complete one because they have good customer service or something that makes me want to try again but not anymore. So we get a bbq pizza for my kids with chicken and onions, thin crust jalapeno, pineapple and steak pizza as well as wings and a sandwich. Never really complain about the wings or sandwich. My husbands pizzas somehow are always amazingly made better than anything else. My childrens pizza was on delivered when i called about it the manager says "ugh we remade it he wasnt to take your order yet" mind you we waited almost 1 and 1/2 hours for the food. So i ask if they can make it so i can go get it since it was for my kids she stated it would be 45 minutes for 1 pizza remake pick up. I repeated what she told me to make sure I wasn't just over reacting. So after she hears me repeat it she states she can have it in 10 minutes. We wait 10 minutes before leaving to make sure it is done. We get there and check the pizza before leaving and it looks thrown together no toppings looks horrible. The same lady gets an attitude because I said i was not happy with it. Mad because I stated that she said I can remake it but 3rd time isnt a charm for me after all this plus my kids still were waiting for their food. I did add a photo of my husband's pizza and my children's pizza where you can see 5 pieces of chicken compaired the the full pizza of toppings evenly on...
Read moreI placed an online order through the dominos website. According to Dominos Pizza this store was my closest store. Apparently, they were not and they messed up my order.
First, when I called I was on hold for like 10 minutes. When I was helped I told Mason that I ordered cinnamon twist knots and that the icing was not in the box. He said hold on...another 2 minutes goes by. He comes back on and says we are not the store that is closest to you and that they should have not taken my order, because Dominos on Faudree was my store and that they could send back the driver with icing. I was not satisfied with this solution and asked if they could comp me cinnamon knots on our next visit or refund my order. However, this was not possible either with management or Mason the employee who was speaking with me on the phone did not want to happen. He said next time I order Domino's to call the correct store on Faudree and to tell them that they messed up my order and they are going to give me a free cup of icing...
This is my opinion is poor customer service and sloopy business practices. When I ordered the cinnamon knots I paid for the knots that come with icing. The employee said that there was nothing wrong with my cinnamon knots, but that they forgot the icing. Mason, was rude and did not offer any remedies that were realistic or in my best interest as a paying customer. Overall, poor customer service and this Domino's needs to realize that paying customers like me and who ever reads this ensures that they stay in business and customer satisfaction should be one of the...
