Jalisco's Cafe — Restaurant in Odessa

Took almost 30 minutes for us to even get a waitress over to the table to get us menus or drinks then another hour for them to even take our orders THEN when I asked for TWO bean and cheese burritos-just the burritos- they gave us two burrito plates -didn’t ask for them- and charged $17 dollars each for them. Tortillas were hard as hell beans tasted like they were left on the burner for the whole day rice was dry my daughters chicken nuggets were burnt and inedible AND my husband is a diabetic and he asked for DIET COKE and they gave him a regular coke she repeated the order off and they still gave us everything wrong then one of the waitress was giving us attitude rolling her eyes when we were explaining that’s not what we ordered and if we could fix it. They charge you $10 to dine in and tried charging us more money for a big table definitely don’t recommend going...

They do not open at 6AM like it states online and on the big lit neon sign above the drive through window that says 6:00AM and two more signs on the windows. Actually they weren’t even open at 8AM. And while I was at the window for 8 minutes I finally called the posted phone number with no answer then I drove over the thing on the floor to get somebody’s attention and somebody did finally walk by with an angry face and made a gesture with her hands for me to cut it out… she could have at the very least come to say sorry we’re running late today or not opening today or something.. anything. Very ugly attitude very unprofessional....

Went for lunch ordered the Carne asada was expecting something else, looked more like Asado with potatoes, beans tasted old and grease was sitting on top of the beans . Took one bite of my food and told my waiter that the food was too hot and could I return and order something else , so I asked if he wanted to go ahead and remove my plate and he was like there gonna throw it away a d I was like ok . I asked can I just exchange ge my meal and he was like there fo no charge you for both orders and I was like no thank you.
