Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Odessa

I have gone to this place often, and while some may argue that the quality of pizza is somehow lacking in comparison to other major pizza franchises, I find myself enjoying it most. Especially when the pizza is fresh. Now, while I don't really visit other locations, this one has always been great. In my recent visit, I had been waiting on my pizzas for some time mainly due to the fact that I ordered a specialty pizza that needed to be prepared and cooked from scratch, but also because I showed up before the prescribed time allotment, so I understood that it would take a good bit before I could get my pizzas. The young man at the counter, however, took notice of my wait and provided me with a free pizza and two liter to go with my order as an apology for any delays. This was unforeseen on my part and while I was unable to provide much of a tip, I will definitely be giving a significantly greater one the next time I visit in appreciation of their thoughtfulness, courtesy and hard work. I will always recommend this location for a quick, hot and tasty bite to eat for anyone looking to fill...

On Tuesday August 3rd, 2021 at 5:30pm, I ordered 2 "triple meat lover's" pizzas with extra cheese on each pizza. Upon arrival to the location at about 5:50pm, the cashier informs me that the total cost for my two pizzas is $25. I ask her to breakdown the cost to me. (Keep in mind we know to add extra cheese to each pizza is $1.50. Therefore the cost per pizza should have been $8.99 +$1.50, which is roughly $11 w/tax. Hence a total of about $22 for my order.)

With that said, the cashier seemed uncertain of the pricing structure so i asked to speak with the manager. So he shows up and says whats wrong. i respond "you are overcharging is what is wrong." i ask him why is the total cost for 2 triple meat lover's pizzas with extra cheese amounting to $25. Full of confidence, his response was sir that is the price. I intervene and reminded him "how if to add extra cheese is $1.50 per pizza?" He didnt override the regist er to correct the price so i walked out.

Remember....always ask questions because we are talking about your hard...

When I got home I opened my box and my cheese pizza was burnt and super crusty. I called to complain and the manager told me I could back whenever and get a free pizza. She took my name and phone # and said she'd have it on file. I went today and 2 of the employees were super rude and told me unless I had the receipt or the name of the manager they weren't giving me a free pizza. I explained to them again what the manager told me and again with attitude they told me unless you have receipt or the managers name we're not giving you a free pizza. It's not that I can't afford a pizza and actually I was gonna buy more it was the principal on how rude they were and not to mention the burnt pizza they gave me. From now on I will just continue to go to Dominos pizza which is right...
