Mr Gatti's Pizza — Restaurant in Odessa

If I could give this place a zero everyone in this whole establishment is so unprofessional I usually don't put out people's names out there but in this case I'm going to I'll give a small Insight of the reason why I'm given this review a few of my family members have came down with covid these past few days I have reserved a party room for my grandson's second birthday with many people in our family coming down with covid I had no choice but to cancel the party I did call the day before and spoke with the manager and there was no issue about getting a deposit back $50 which isn't a lot of money so the next day I sent my daughter after speaking with the manager about the deposit on the cancellation of my party there was no issue as my daughter arrived the next day the cashier which her name is Alanie was so rude to my daughter and refused to give her the deposit back as my daughter asked to speak to the manager the manager was so unprofessional and couldn't even come to the front to speak with my daughter due to the fact that I had covid I cannot go up there myself so I made the call up there I was hung up on repeatedly so as I was on the phone with my daughter so I can speak to the manager that little young girl threw the money at my daughter ghatti's needs to do better with there customer service and management with that being said I will be contacting the corporate office and filing a complaint never again will I step into ghatti's this is an embarrassment is an an embarrassment to our community that people can be...

My boyfriend and I go to gattis for a date night at least once a month. We spend at least 100 dollars every time we go in, so we accumulated about 1200 in the last five months. Today, for my man's birthday, we went it again, really excited about the remodel. The food was great and it's way cleaner than it used to be. All the employees in the front were nice and helpful. After our meal, we go to the game room and go to the new spin the wheel game. My bf spins and lands on 500 tickets, and the game didn't give it to him on the card. We looked for an employee up front by the prizes, none to be found. We were pretty upset about it, but continued. (If that happened to a kid, you would have crushed him.) Finally, we spent all our money, and went to the prizes. We lost our card for our account a long time ago, we would use his Id to put the tickets on there, and to use them. Never once did an employee offer to give us a new card, even though we told them it was lost. We tried to check our balance and the lady was rude and unhelpful when talking about this. She told us due to the new system, without the card we can't get our tickets. Then proceeded to walk away and help someone else. We spend massive amounts of money here, and we feel really ripped off. It's been many years since I've eaten at gatti's Pizza I thought! I remembered that they used to do their own hand tossed pizza dough!!! The pizza dough that I had in here the other day by the looks of it, it looked like it was probably processed at a factory flattened out rolled out into a single quarter inch layer with those little puncture marks that you see I'm processed bread dough and then it's sent out and that's what they put their little amount of sauce on it seems like the pizzas were so dry they didn't have much pasta sauce on them I mean they had plenty of cheese and and meats and other things on them but they were just dry because there was very little pasta sauce on them the only thing that seemed halfway is decent in there was the the cheesy breadsticks that in the salad bar everything else was just mediocre I mean over the past 10 years I think gatti's has really become what you want to call nostalgic and they really need to get back to making good pizzas again I remember a long time ago I knew a guy that worked at longo's Pizza up in the northern states and from the ingredients to the box that it was put in and all that stuff they made a great pizza for $12,95 but it cost them $2.95...
