Two of our friends ordered margaritas that didnât taste right. We informed our waitress and she took them away and made them different drinks. When we got the bill we had been charged. The waitress said it was store policy to not refund returned drinks. We asked to speak to the manager who was too busy to talk to us for about three minutes. After those three minutes he walks over, chewing on a straw, and says, âYeah, what?â I told him that we were charged for the drinks that we returned and he told us the waitress had told him our friends had full drank their beverages. When we said that wasnât the case he said, âOk whatever Iâll refund it, itâs only two margaritas.â Our friends had paid the bill already, not thinking that the margaritas would have been on there, which we admit wasnt the best choice. However the manager starts to make a big deal out of it saying, âSeriously, dude, you already paid? Why would you pay for drinks you didnât think you should pay for? Are you stupid?â As he was walking away he kept muttering, âGreat, thanks for making my job harder.â At which point I interjected, âYou donât need to make a big deal about this, itâs just a few clicks of a button, but weâre not going to pay $7 for drinks that were not what we asked for.â At which point he says, âOh, Iâm sorry, do you want me to be like, âWell hello, welcome to Steins, how can I help you?ââ To which I said, yes, thatâs literally your job, to provide appropriate customer service to your customers. He then told me he didnât want to deal with me and would only talk to my friend. I told him that was fine but we wouldnât be returning. He said, âI donât care.â He ended up refunding the drinks, especially when we asked for his name. Anyway, the place was fine, but the manager ruined our experience. It was unnecessary and unprofessional. I know they donât care if we return or not because theyâll still be making plenty of money, but it was disappointing to...
Read moreNot sure how I caused a scene? I took a picture of the fighters face....as was everyone else in the place. Nor did I argue. the guy asked me to put up my phone which I did immediately. Then he told me to leave which I also did immediately. I told the manager it was a picture on Snapchat yes but I was not recording anything and I definitely didn't cause a scene. No one escorted me out either. I was asked to leave I paid my tab and left...that's it. I'm not a person that causes trouble. It was an honest mistake , but I definitely didn't argue or disagree with what I was asked to do even when I was asked to leave and to be treated like I was trying to fight or arguing with anyone is kinda messed up. Maybe it was a misunderstanding but I definitely wasn't causing a scene or anything of that sort. If you go here make sure to keep your phones in your pocket to avoid...
Read moreLiterally just came back after being told I needed to leave. Did not cause a scene or anything. The bouncer came up and said I had to leave as I was attempting to order my first drink of the night.. I asked him why and he said I just had to leave. I swear just kicked me out. I could see if maybe I was inebriated or causing a scene but I wasnt. I asked another bouncer and his response was "if you have to leave, you have to leave." I would get it if I had done something but I literally walked in after showing my ID and tried to order a drink. My friends were waiting on me. Couldn't tell them I had to leave the bouncer was insistent. I Don't know if this is a violation of my rights or if it's perfectly ok for a business to do. I'm contacting as many people tomorrow as possible to find out. Even the police. Pretty messed up...
