Awesome Blossoms — Local services in Odessa

My wife and I are very upset. This is the first year out of 8 I have been home, because of deployment or other military obligation. I actually was home to see her get the flowers. The flowers were horrible, the chocolates are Elmer brand (and if you know anything about chocolate you know it is cheap and waxy). The only positive think was the bear was cute. The flowers are nothing like it was online, very poor delivery, presentation, whole nine yards. The online picture didn't look the same as the what the product that was brought to me. It only had two roses and there was no lily's like in picture. And I was supposed to have Premium package BE MY LOVE, BANQUET WITH RED ROSES. All I ask is: do not post something online you can not deliver. I will never order flowers from this place again. Reviews will be posted on yelp, Google and everywhere...

I've ordered many bouquets from various florist and never have I been so unsatisfied. I odered online and this flower shop was contracted to handle the order. I ordered a $110 bouquet of flowers and after taxes and delivery the total came to $138. The bouquet my girlfriend received wasn't even a $60 bouquet. In turn I called Customer Service from the website I ordered them off of and was given a full refund.

The following day, an employee from "Not-So-Awesome Blossoms" went back to my girlfriends work to TAKE BACK THE FLOWERS! What kind of foul customer service is this? Luckily she had already taken them home and did not have to follow through with the embarrassing act of handing the bouquet back over to these so called "florists". I strongly urge anyone looking for a florist in the area, never to use this poor excuse...

Updated review: I got a call from the owner, there was a misunderstanding, the photo of the arrangement recipient sent me wasn’t of theirs. She sent me the correct one. I do appreciate awesome blossom reaching out after I posted the review. She was very nice and explained to me it was done as ordered, and she had taken care of it herself. Only thing is the arrangement is way smaller than what is pictured, I expected bigger for the price, I can say the vase is as small as my palm, like those small ones you buy at dollar tree.
