Been going here for 25-30 years. Went in to order “take out”., (plats deluxe). Requested beef enchilada in lieu of cheese. Person repeated order, and it was correct. Beef taco, beef reilano and beef enchilada. Easy, right?! Got home and had cheese enchilada and cheese chile relieno. Called and same order taker said she called my wife and confirmed she wanted cheese?! How, and why, could she call my wife with no number? And so I ask what number she called? She replied with a number nowhere near our phone number. This makes zero sense. So they said bring it back and they would make new plate. Then when I drive all the way back over there, another female argued with me about the enchilada being beef?! I know the difference between cheese and beef. And further stated the Chile reilano came with cheese?! What?! The menu clearly states the Chile reilanos are beef?! I left the plate and could not believe they would argue about it. I’m not trying to beat this restaurant out of food, but also expect to get what I ordered. Easy, right?!
