Green Kayak Grille & Pub — Restaurant in Ohio Township

The food was great, and the staff was amazing. The only complaint we have is the amount of cigarette smoke INSIDE of the restaurant. The doors were left propped open & there were a lot of people smoking on the patio, and so the entire restaurant smelled of heavy smoke while we were eating with our kiddos. Two of my daughters & I have severe allergies to smoke, thus making it near impossible to enjoy our meal/time there. We almost had to get up & leave at one point. It was a bit off putting considering Ohio is a state that is supposed to have laws against smoking in or within a certain number of feet from the entrance of an eating establishment, specifically, in this case. I just wanted to let others know that this is probably not the place for you to sit down & and eat if you have similar...

First time stopping here to eat. Bar type atmosphere with seating for served food. Typical menu...burgers, fries...but a horrible waste of money. The grilled chicken sandwich and onion ring for $12.99 plus the drink...may have been worth it if the sandwich wasnt overcooked, dry and extremely small. The grilled chicken may have been 4" long and that's generous. It was so dry I couldnt eat it. I brought this to the attention of the waitress and all shesaid was "I don't make the prices and I don't like the chicken either". No compensation for the meal...With 2 people eating the same thing it was $30 plus tip. Never...

Tried this restaurant near the river tonight. The pizza was really good as were the onion rings. The steak hoagie was delicious. The nachos looked good even in my picture but we all agreed they lacked flavor even with the toppings. The tater kegs were interesting, wouldn’t order them again but they were ok. There was a DJ set up and people were able to sing karaoke and it was wayyyy too loud for such a small space. Came here with friends and we stopped even trying to talk. Would have moved outside but so many people were smoking right by the door so we didn’t. We’d come back & try it again and hopefully on a...
