Burger King — Restaurant in Ohio

Someone please shut this place down. I am at the gas station attached to it every morning, and they are hardly ever open when they are supposed to be, they struggle to keep help and therefore sometimes they just don’t open? And when they do operate, I have never received decent food from there, granted in the 7 yrs I’ve been frequenting the location (attached gas station in the mornings) I’ve been to this bk maybe 5 times and it’s always complete trash, old precooked food, poor construction of food (no shit half a cup of sauce on sandwhich) and or ingredients missing. They either need better management or just sell, maybe let something else come in that can actually satisfy...

Just left from there and spent nearly $20, and food was terrible! The only fresh part of the food was the fries. I got the crispy chicken sandwich and u could tell the chicken had sat for a while, the tomatoes were old and soggy, and I couldn't get over how much mayo they put on it!!! And to top off this horrible experience they were out of co2, so no pop. I was fine with that, so I ordered a sweet tea and even said sweet again bc the screen said unswt! Well what do ya know, I take a big ol drink.... UNSWEET, and WARM tea! I will never go back there again, and it's a shame bc I was stoked that they actually put a food...

The first thing that happened when I came in, was a worker leaving out of anger. The whole time, there were flys everywhere and the food took at least 25 minutes to come out. The chicken fries were cold once we got them so I didn’t understand why the wait was so long. There were also only 2, maybe 3 people working since the other lady stormed out. The manager was also talking about how people keep on leaving and they need to get more workers. We also ordered the impossible burger, and the only thing impossible about it was actually getting it before...
