for a pizza place that we relied on as if family, tonight we were treated as strangers as ok so this time the pizza was soggy greasy ransid crust and as usual too salty im sensitive to a ton of grease i dont think im the only one here. it was unanimous as my wife and i felt this one was important to return for refund which is not our usual policy which is to just bear the loss and spend the time we would dicker to get something else to eat the experience WOULD HAVE BEEN FORGIVABLE EXCEPT REFUND WAS NOT PROCESSED EASILY AND QUICKLY AFTER MY WIFE HAD TO TELL HER STORY TWICE ONCE TO THE OPERATOR AND ONCE TO A MANAGER AND PLEAD HER CASE ONLY TO NOT EVEN BE TRANSFERRED TO CORPORATE WHO IS CLOSED AT THIS HOUR ON FRIDAY BUT WE ARE LEFT LEAVING A MESSAGE THERE WAITING FOR A REFUND AND NO DRIVER WAS ALLOWED BY THE OFFICE TO SWING BY EVEN ON DELIVER OF SOMEONE ELSE IN THE AREA so that they could retrieve the pizzas for post mortem which is apparently A REQUIREMENT B E F O R E REFUND AND SINCE THEY WILL N O T PICK UP THE PIZZAS, IF WE NEED A REFUND ACCORDING TO THE MANAGER WE MUST DRIVE THERE WITHIN 24 HOURS WITH THIS SAD PIZZA, SPENDING HUMAN HEALTH WHICH WE DONT HAVE EXTRA WE ARE BOTH ON PENSION DUE TO HEALTH REASONS AND BESIDES THAT IS IT REALLY COST EFFECTIVE TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS SPEND ALSO GAS WEAR TEAR ON CAR AS WELL AS THEMSELVES TO DROP OFF A D E A D PIZZA ? AND TO DIE A LITTLE DEATH IN THE PROCESS ? YOU MIGHT AS WELL HAVE SAID WHEN WE CALLED IN THAT YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A N Y REFUNDS PERIOD. IF YOU GUESSED THAT WE ARE SO DISGUSTED WE WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH ANY CASSANOS PIZZA WELL YOU GUESSED RIGHT AND THAT IS MY LEAD THAT I BELIEVE YOU SHOULD FOLLOW TOO BASED UPON THIS EXPERIENCE HERE. ANY BUSINESS LIKE THIS NOW I NOT ONLY AVOID LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE BUT I TAKE THE TIME TO WRITE A NICE DETAILED "COMPLIMENT" LIKE THIS ONE BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE THESE DESERVE NOT ONE PENNY OF MONEY OR ATTENTION IN THE HOPES THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I wish i could submit a review with no stars. This is the third time we have ordered from this place trying to give it a chance and it was absolutely terrible all three time. This last time really did it for us. Let me start off with we paid over 40 dollars for.pizza which we recieved an hour and twenty minutes later, and it was cold. If were gonna have to wait we can at least recieve hot food. Ordered an italian sub and it had no salami or pepperoni on it. Pizza was cold. I ordered a pizza and salad online. Estimated delivery 90-120 minutes. Driver arrived in an hour. At 1st I was happy. My son got the food from the driver. I come out of my room to get my salad and there was only the pizza. I called the call center, told them what happened, they called the store who said they would try to come tact the driver and have him bring the salad. 35 minutes pasted and no salad. So I called the call center again, they tried calling the store a couple times with no answer. So, I was told they would place a reorder of the salad. I finally have my salad.
