Usually have good experiences here. But tonight was an irritating exception. They forgot my food, and when I called to make them aware someone with a very nasty attitude answered the phone. Offered “to write my name down” and give me a “free” cheese burger. First off it was NOT free I already paid for it (And I can’t prove it as I didn’t get my receipt). They forgot it. So as for this free business...I’m confused. It’s going to be awhile before I suggest eating here again. It’s not the fact they forgot my food. Mistakes happen. Me and a friend went through the drive through and added some stuff at the window. I understand that this can sometimes be an inconvenience but I still expect to get at least sub par customer service. I was asked to pull up so I did with out any problem. However when our food came out it was a disappointment. The middle of our food was still cold and we received a small blizzard when we paid for a medium. I want everyone to know how helpful this place was this morning. 10/28 there was a missing child in our area. I reached out for assistance in providing coffee for the law enforcement and searchers. In a matter of 45 minutes the had 36 hot coffees ready for me to deliver to the command post free of charge. Along with that they put a message on the video board alerting the community of a missing child and the police phone number. This not a corporate store this is a family and...
