I've had Thai twice in my life and was not impressed. I love robust, flavorful food which I thought Thai should be, from the ingredients and what I've heard. This restaurant delivered it. I can't say enough good about this place. Tucked away in a small strip mall it could be easily overlooked. Don't. The restaurant is spotless and the meal was excellent. All ingredients were fresh and crisp, a feat considering the time of year. The wait staff was punctual and friendly, helping steer me to a meal I would enjoy (I'm Italian and not familiar with the menu choices). Wonderful experience from start to finish. The restaurant (including the bathroom!) is clean & the service is above average. The food is amazing. We had the vegetable rolls (spring rolls) & they were perfectly crunchy on the outside & had a great florvor inside. Mom had cashew chicken & loved it, said it was light & felt healthier than what she expected (no breading/frying on the chicken & lots of veggies in a light broth). I had sweet & sour chicken & it had an excellent flavor without being too sweet (or sour) & since the sauce is more of a broth, it's really light & clean, not cloying like a lot of sweet & sour sauces are, it also had plenty of veggies in it & the chicken wasn't breaded/fried. First off, I have Celiac Disease and Gluten Free is a must have. (Not just a dietary choice) The lady that took my order was knowledgeable and helped me make a gluten free selection. She also helped me mark a take home menu with GF items. If a menu item is not gluten free, many can be made gluten free if you ask. Food was ready in 20 minutes and it was great.
