Every time I’ve gone into this location, the staff have been very unfriendly towards me. An hour til close out of only a four hour shift, and they had chairs up on tables and didn’t have any syrups available for us any time we’ve ever gone in. I could clearly tell the girl taking care of us just simply did not want to be doing her job. They were completely dead not to mention. Then after feeling very unwelcome and not being able to get anything that we actually wanted she looked furious when she saw I didn’t tip. Treat customers better, and maybe you’ll actually earn tips. Noticed a sign this morning on 40 where the Jacktown Pub use to be. My son and I stopped later in the day to try it out! Very clean inside with nice workers. I gave it 4 stars because it's about the same price as Whits, but doesn't taste like it has as much butter fat which makes the custard creamier.
