Jerry's Pizza West — Restaurant in Ohio

We decided to try the West location because the last 3 times we went to the one on Paint are pizzas were so burnt they were inedible and looked like they had been in an actual fire. So we ordered from jerry's west. The girl on the phone was nice and repeated our order back correctly and quoted us 25 minutes. When we showed up to get out pizzas the place was dark and deserted. I stood there for about 10 mins with my money in my hand but was ignored by the two dirty looking guys in the back. They saw me but did not try to help me. I waited 5 more minutes until I noticed my pizzas sitting on the table under a heat lamp. I thought about just taking them and leaving but decided to walk over by the kitchen entrance and attempt to pay. They still ignored me so finally I laid the money down on the table and walked out. They saw me do this but did not apologize or day anything. They just picked up the money and went back to what they were doing. How rude! No wonder no-one was eating there. Oh and the pizzas were suppose to be with light sauce but they had what looked like extra sauce, hardly any cheese, and dried out. I won't go back ever!! Don't waste your time or money. Go to papa johns and get a fresh hot...

We went to eat at Jerry’s today and was a little bit early. We pulled into the parking lot at 10:52. My husband and I work different schedules and days so this was one day of the week we could have lunch. We have craved Jerry’s pizza for awhile now. I haven’t been to Jerry’s for 10 years or so. I was excited. We came in yesterday (6/8/23) and got a large pepperoni pizza and fried pickle chips. We didn’t get approached or welcomed for 10 minutes.. there were only 2 tables. The waitress wasn’t welcoming or friendly. The fried pickle chips were stuck together and the breading was raw where they were stuck together. The LARGE pepperoni pizza we ordered was literally a small. There were 3 adults and a toddler and there wasn’t enough pizza for us.we each only got 3 small rectangle pieces.
