Kraus' Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

I only have one complaint about KRAUS' Pizza and that is getting their coupons are not consistent in showing up in my mailbox or the coupon circular. It would save me a lot of money if they were. Other than that, their food is A+! Instead of waiting until the last minute to order my food on Superbowl Sunday, I went there for the last two years around 1:30pm and made my order with what coupons I had left. They currently have no wings coupons so that was disappointing. But I ordered two pizzas, two dozen wings with honey mustard, six pieces of chicken and jojos. I picked it all up at 4:30pm and we are minutes later! Don't have to worry about picking it up before gametime or halftime! Boy, is their food A+!!! I highly recommend their food and ordering ahead of an event like...

The service when you call to place an order is absolutely disgusting at this place. We ordered a few months back & when the guy answered the phone he was so rude & rushed me off the phone. When we went to pick it up, the manager was there & we told him about the experience & he said that he would talk to the employee & it wouldn’t happen again. So we decided to give it another try tonight.. no different. The guy should not be working in the customer service industry with an attitude like that. It’s sad because the food is good but when you get treated like that it makes you not want to give business...

Very very disappointing! Pizza was soggy, hardly any sausage on it and cold even tho we picked it up on time. I called to speak with a manager who would not give his name . ( the girl who answered phone called him Jason when she called him to the phone) I expressed my concern about how bad it was and he didn’t really seem to care. I think I will just have to drive to the Kraus on west Tusc to get a real Kraus pizza . I grew up on the original Kraus pizza made by none other than Larry Kraus himself. I am sure he would not be happy with how things are now...
