Los Gallos Mexican Restaurant and Cantina — Restaurant in Ohio

I ordered the Fajitas (a signature dish) with grilled jalapenos. I got jalapenos not even heated straight out the container on top my lettuce. I had too ask for my sour cream and my tortillas to go with my meal (by the way it came with it) Never even received the pico (which also came with the meal) And to top it off, my steak burnt, some my chicken burnt and the pepper and onions charred as well. It took 15 minutes to even receive my pitcher of margarita. As well as had to ask for tortillas & queso sauce twice (which also came with the meal). The wings were absolutely fabulous and on point. Restaurant very clean and relaxing nice setting Narcisso was my waiter. I don't even know where to start. He couldn't answer asked questions about something on the menu. Like I said 15 minutes to get my drink, at which I had to ask for straws from another server . He did not come to table to check up. He missed multiple items too the meals. I had to again call another server to get missing items and still all items were not brought too table. I'm sure he is a great server but his judgement allowed him to give a o rated service. Now had he been as well a server with my table as he was with other tables, he would of gotten an emaculant tip. So he received the lower percentage according to bill standard. What a great night out! Absolutely blown away by the custom built interior of this place. From the hand painted murals and custom tile work. Custom woodwork all combined with modern flooring and other wall coverings. Custom embroidery and leather work. The list goes on.

The service was exceptional and the food was soo good. I ordered Fajitas like I normally do but this place isn't your normal small town Mexican restaurant.

For starters they have coleslaw as well as salsa with their chips. It just works and you simply can't get enough. It is so creamy and scooping it up with the chips soon feels very natural.

Back to the Fajitas which had pineapple, bacon, broccoli. The main proteins were shrimp, steak and chicken and also scallops. I the had them add fresh jalapenos to the mix of fried onions and peppers. It came in a huge cast iron 10 lb bowl. LOL! That sucker holds the heat a very long time.

The side plate had your traditional rice, beans, Gaucamole, pico, lettuce and sour cream etc.. also very well done.

I fought to eat as much as I could but still required 2 to go boxes and the quantity matched the quality in it's abundance. I am sure to get at least 2 more meals out of this I the truck.

I see exactly why nobody was there when I walked in during lunch time. I placed an online order. It was literally only 2 things. Rice, and 4 bacon wrapped jalapeños with cream cheese inside. I got there and it said my order was still in the process but it was sitting on the counter. I grabbed it and took it to my car. Of course, it was all cold. And I got jalapeño poppers which are $7.50 opposed to my actual jalapeños which cost $10.65. I decided to walk back in and have it corrected. I politely expressed to who I assume is the manager, that my order was incorrect. He then started assuring me that it’s not, talking over me, and becoming very agitated. Me and my bf both tried explaining that I got the ones with bacon and he started pointing to the screen on the counter, at this point raising his voice, telling us we’re wrong. He then said he’ll fix it though, stormed off, and slammed the food I brought in into the trash. I also heard him saying some very ignorant things in Spanish. There is a CLEAR difference in price and I was not in the wrong nor was I hostile whatsoever. For him to act such a way towards someone who just wants their correct order is crazy.
