Belleria Boardman — Restaurant in Ohio

Horrible experience older man spanish Skinner glassess called himself the manager working afternoons, he refused to remake my order after they messed it up terribly cheese was sliding off the pizza, made it sloppy I go to the belleria in struthers and in Poland and never had a horrible experience the way I did at this Boardman location. The man manager raised his voice at me told me I had a attitude and wasn't going to remake it. All bellerias have their policy signs up to return the food if unsatisfied. I can't understand being mistreated and verbally abused by this manager the way I was over some dough and cheese. Women on phone polite and said come back for it to be fixed. When I got there manager was sitting at a table like the godfather and started interrogating me about the pizza and then refused to replace it after I was told over the phone they would fix it and how sorry they are about it. Poor customer service. never will be back and this Boardman location has ruined belleria for me entirely. Can't believe the way this manager talked to me. Sad thing is these people are in service and should provide customer service and this manager how's no clue how to. Your to love and smile not hate and fight. It's food that's happy time to fill our belly's not to feel sick and upset after being fought with.Sorry to say but people like this manager must be having a hard life that's why he is taking his anger out on customers. I would be a bit more understanding since I have worked in food and retail before and understand the pressures to perform and do well for the customers and business but after feeling physically ill like I have for the past two days, you do not get my understanding.

Do what you will, folks! Unless you want food poisoning, this is your place! Just trying to save anyone else from this too.

I ordered their chicken parmesan 8/23/2023 because it sounded really good. But hours later I had food poisoning. I have had food poisoning before in the past but not to this extent. TMI: I started feeling sick at 1:45 am and kept running in and out of my bathroom for the other and I had to call in sick for work. Today is Friday and early this morning, I felt so sick I threw up one time and was profusely sweating anytime I would try to get up to go do something. I was in bed ALL day feeling nauseous and drinking Gatorade to keep myself hydrated. I ordered a side of potato salad and had a few bites to save for the next day. But threw it away because I didn't want to risk it either. I felt great before I ate this for dinner. I don't know what is in this food but NEVER again.

A friend of mine said at the Struther's location that someone on a local Facebook group found bugs in their food. No more any Belleria for me. I will stick with my Caffé Capri, it's much better...

I will never go back to the boardman location ever again... Last night a little after 8:40pm I placed an order, my husband got there around 9pm to pick the order up. When he got there they were closed. I called today and spoke to the manager or owner not sure exactly who he was because he didn't give me his name. He was very rude right off the bat. I explained to him that I had placed an order the night before & when my husband went to pick it up they were closed. He then insisted I was lying & told me " well I don't know what to tell you because I was here until after 9 last night & no one came in" why would I place an order an not pick it up? Why would I cause all this fuss if I was lying? I then told him I will not be going back to his location he then said "okay bye" horrible horrible customer services! & I know first hand what it is like to deal with customers I have been working customer service for many year and yes customers can be a handful at times but I would never treat a customer the way he treated me and no I was not looking to get a free meal or a discount...I just wanted to explain to him that I was not happy about what happened the night before. I also did not raise my voice or get cocky but he sure did.... Very dissatisfied...
