It’s crazy how these businesses want to make money but then treat the very people that give them their money like an inconvenience. Ordered food at 8:01pm . It states that it would be delivered at 8:31pm . It was about 8:46pm I called in to see where the delivery may be , am told oh he is busy give him another 15-20 minutes . I wait until 9:07pm to call back just say never mind for the order bc my kids have already eaten something else and are fast asleep because it is a school night . Then I received another call back at 9:12pm from a guy and he asked if I was paying cash or card , I said it was cash and he said are you sure you want to cancel the order and I said yes with all due respect but it’s been done for over an hour and I’m not going to pay money for food that no one in the house will eat. That’s all that I could get out before the man hung up on me mid conversation. I called back to ask him in what training did he receive that it was okay to hang up on a PAYING customer who was not at all being rude. And for his name to which he stated to me it’s David have a great night “click” . I’ll never ever order from this place ever again. The way they could careless about their customers. Drivers ALWAYS receive wonderful CASH tips when delivering to my address. In what business would you call back the customer and then in the middle of the conversation. David should not work in customer service if he treats people the way he chose to treat me when I patiently waited for my food for OVER AN HOUR !!! Then the next guy comes up and bingo I'm not crazy. So I go outside for them to make it. 30 mins later I get the wrong pizza slathered in garlic sauce that specifically asked not to have because my wife is allergic. Then he argues with me and says oh thats just butter after telling oh yeah I can smell it from here bro. So basically they refused to remake it.
