Marscotti's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

I discovered this place while ordering delivery one day. Either Uber or DoorDash (I can’t remember) Everytime the pizza is so good so I randomly ordered a pick up pizza and wings.

I attempted ordering online but the website wasn’t letting me submit my order so I called in and the automated system advised me to have to a better experience to order online, but it wasn’t letting me submit my order which was a bummer so I had to call in.

I ordered a medium mushroom pizza and traditional creamy garlic parm wings.

When I attempted ordering online it had me choose my sauce (tomato) but when I called in I said I wanted tomato sauce and then I got charged for adding tomato slices to my pizza…

The pizza was good, as always. 😄

The wings were a little disappointing because I saw “creamy garlic parm” and they weren’t as creamy as I thought. (See pics). I mean they were okay but not as saucy as I would think.

I ordered a medium pizza with mushrooms and accidentally with tomato slices and creamy garlic parm wings ($1.50? for mushrooms and $1.50? for tomato’s) and it was a little over $20.

The pizza was good as always and the wings were maybe a 3/5 because they weren’t as expected.

I saw they’re famous for Stromboli’s so that is next on my list to try.

This place has always been a favorite growing up, since moving farther away I haven't ordered much from them over the years. They came to mind the other night and I'm SO glad I thought of them. I placed an order for pickup, the girl on the phone was super nice when I ordered, everyone was nice when I came in, the food was ready when they said it would be and I was on my way. I wish I ordered more, because the food was so good, and just as good reheated the next day. The pizza was amazing (deluxe), the stromboli was amazing (loaded pepperoni), and the wings were amazing as well. We got the mild and the creamy garlic parmesan wings, they were huge compared to any other pizza place and honestly most wing places, only thing is I wish the garlic parm had more sauce on them but they were delicious regardless. Love this place. Have been a customer for many years and always get great food with wonderful service. Unfortunately since they went to a third party delivery service, I can never order anything from there. Every time, the website isn't working or will not let you order delivery. Maybe because there's no drivers available or deliveries. Just not an option at that time. Not really sure. Sometimes I think it's going to work, but when I get to the payment portion, it just freezes or sends you back to the previous page. I've tried it on multiple devices on different networks and still the same result. Seems like a very poor option to use as a delivery service to your long-time loyal customers.
