McDonald's — Restaurant in Ohio

Ordered on the kiosk. Gave me the order total or $9.57. Remember, on the kiosk, before you order it asks for here or to go. I selected for here. I get to the register and he said my total was $10.26, but the register total in front of me on the screen said $9.57. So I ask, why is the kiosk total and this total I'm looking at say $9.57 but you're saying it's $10.26? He looked and said he honestly didn't know. He asked another lady and she came over like she hated her job....she looked and said it was cause I tapped for here. I said I always order at kiosks whenever I go to McDonald's, which is usually the location in Barnesville or Byesville. The order total on the kiosk is what I pay. However the only thing I did different was pay with cash instead of my debit card. Anyway, the lady rudely said 'I don't know anything about those kiosks, I just work here.' I'm like geez that's an awful response. Fine, I paid $10.26 whatever. But, this issue needs fixed. I think there's something wrong with the kiosks and registers at this location. Also, couldn't even attempt to enjoy eating my food cause the employees kept yelling at each other about the current orders. This location is loud and obnoxious compared to...

This place has went down hill considerbly in the last 5 years. The last time I went through the drive thru it took 20 minutes, I had to repeat my order 4 times before the employee got my order correct on the screen (had she not been taking someone elses order in the lane beside me she probably would have gotten it correct, sooner). Once I recieved my food the fries were cold and nasty, my fish filet sandwich got a half of a piece of cheese and it wasnt even together in the box, and if it was thrown piece by piece into the box, the fish itself was cold and the ends were dry and chewy. Very disappointing to say the least because it was a different story 5 years ago. Dont waste your time or money, just go across the street to Arbys if you want drive...

Always have something wrong with our food when we go here not sure how but the car in front of us got our food we waited well over a hlf hr for fries and a couple burgers and they where cold as heck when we got our food it was sadly disappointing never wrote a review until now but im kinda fed up with the service its getting to be extremely annoying how u can sit there wait that long and it still be messed up and COLD we should have had hot fresh fries after sitting there that long it take 7 mins to cook them not sure how u can let that go out the window or door you would think they would give food how they would want it im sure none of them would be happy waiting that long just to eat...
