I 100% understand that McDonalds is a fast food chain, so my expectations are not so high, however this McDonalds is by far the worse location I have ever come across. There seems to be NO organization and a complete lack of cleanliness. Forget about being served with a smile, or even any decency, the employees (from cashiers to management) are downright rude, unhelpful, completely lack personality, not to mention they don't seem to contain even an ounce of pride in their jobs. An example of the complete lack of self awareness and unprofessionalism is astounding. One example of this is when my total came to $6.50. I pulled up to the pay window and handed the cashier $11.50 (A ten dollar bill, a one dollar bill and two quarters). The cashier rudely exclaimed "You gave me too much, take this back" I then tried to explain to her how/why I did that, and that if possible I would like a five dollar bill back instead of receiving $3.50. Instead of just learning the lesson I was trying to explain, instead I received a "Kay. whatever" and then she practically threw the five dollar bill at me. Unfortunately I live less than 5 minutes from this location, so it is very accessible and convent to me, but given that my pregnant belly is craving something from McDonalds and I have the time to make a trip, I will go all the way to Barnesville (the customer service there is absolutely incredible with friendly helpful staff.) or St. Clairsville just to avoid this location. Just to give some incite as to how bad this location is (these examples are all on different occasions, not just one bad/off day): -My pregnancy weakness is Mocha Frappes. And I get one almost daily.. It seems that 50% of the time though the machine is "down". And on several different occasions, it seems that the employees are so frustrated that they scream this to you, instead of just communicating it like humans. -I asked for a Steak, Egg and Cheese sandwich....Was given a sausage mcgriddle. (I'm really not sure how those sound alike) -I asked for a Steak, Egg and Cheese sandwich....Was given a bacon egg and cheese......I really don't understand -Asked for a hot Chocolate......I got kinda flavored water...They must have run out of mix....When I brought it to their attention, I was told that it looks and smells right... and not offered any help in fixing it. -Asked for a fruit and yogurt parfait in the drive through. the person asked "what?" in a somewhat snarky tone, I repeated my request, just to hear "what the f* is that" I'm sure she didn't think I could hear it but SUPER professional. That is the same trip that I did not receive the parfait, but got a cookie instead. 10 pts..... -On a few occasions I have asked for a grilled chicken sandwich and received a crispy chicken sandwich instead. Unfortunately, I could say more about my negative experiences here that I have experience in just the 3 months since moving to the area. However, I think I get my...
Read moreThis place is something. Yesterday my family ordered $81 worth of food through delivery, only for the delivery driver to steal half our order. (Yes I know this isn’t mcdonald’s fault themselves its through doordash) So we get a refund for the missing items and ended up taking a trip to get the rest of the food we were missing. When we got our food we were missing a sandwich. So not only were we already upset about the delivery situation but now we are still missing food. Everytime I come to this mcdonalds something is ALWAYS missing or messed up. Some of the employees have such an attitude everytime I come through and its always the same people. There is still good, respectful, and kind employees there that makes me want to continue coming to this location. Moral of the story, I always have something wrong with my order when I come here. So be sure when youre ordering for delivery that make sure you have everything from the driver and check in front of them. And when you go through the drive thru before you leave look...
Read moreI understand that working at a gas station McDonald's is probably not the most glamorous of lifestyles, but a smile, pleasant attitude, and interest in your job can go a long way...too bad the only worker in the entire place that had any of those qualities was the girl cleaning the bathroom. The actual food service workers seemed to hate life with a passion. So, rather unpleasant for us as customers. Oh, and what's worse? My chicken sandwich was inedible. Couldn't even bite through it. I'm currently pregnant and hoping the one or two bites I did manage to stomach werent undercooked. Horrible experience, but props to the girl cleaning the disgusting bathroom for being the only pleasant thing about the whole ordeal. Now I gotta pray my unborn baby and I didnt just...
