THE HOURS ARE INCORRECT: They have a small sign posted of current hours on the door, which Is much less noticeable than the ask to be seated by a hostess for outdoor seating sign.
When we got our table we were told “the kitchen closes at 9” We thought, okay well they say online 10 but some places that have a bar (like here) close the kitchen early. Turns out they close at 9 alltogether on Saturdays and we were misinformed. The wait staff kept rushing our table, sat at 8:47 and asked 3 times and pressured to put in an order by 8:52. Then at 9:30 we were told that we had to leave because it was 30 minutes past closing which was news to us! They were impolite and as far as we knew we had until 10. If we were told that the whole place closes at 9 and not 10 like the internet says and we’re pre covid (last we were there) we would have left so they would not have to clean up after us so late after closing (like we do at our jobs when someone comes in late and we treat them like they’re no bother at all). Not thrilled and the food was incorrectly cooked, well done on a rare steak salad, brick hard chicken tenders and a...
Read moreSpent Saturday January 26th, 2019 for the dinner and comedy show at this Austintown, Ohio establishment. The show was very funny, the food was pretty damn good.. The execution of the service was not good, which is why I can’t give a full 5 stars in this review.
There was a blizzard happening and parking was an issue upon arriving at 9:15pm for the 10:00pm show. This club seats about 75, with a restaurant and bar upstairs, and there are maybe 30 parking spots. We had no choice but to park in the adjacent lot.
I highly suggest that the management of this establishment sit and talk with their employees, and/or look into the logistics of what it is that they are doing in properly executing for their comedy and dinner combination. I’ll go as far as to implore whomever reads this, that is affiliated with the management of this restaurant to personally contact me about my experience. That’s so I can further elaborate and make appropriate suggestions, rather than bashing you here, because this place can be GREAT for comedy/dinner. Saturday, though it was funny,...
Read moreThis place was fantastic. They were open special for St Patty's Day and the Reuben Burger was terrific. It was fairly early in the day, but there were already quite a few folks being rather boisterous over by the bar. Seemed like everyone was having a really great time. The only thing I was disappointed by was my servers attitude. My first impression was when I asked about what Irish beers they have on draft. She says "Guinness...." Considering how many taps I saw and being St Patty's, I feel like there HAD to be other Irish Beers. I had seen the Guinness but was hoping to try something new. But the attitude and single beer as an answer told me she either had no idea or just didn't feel like helping me find what I was looking for. She was attentive and got our food to us quick and hot. But she seemed to not want to be there. Hope the decent tip helped her have a better day. Still giving 5 stars overall because the other servers were very friendly. I will definitely...
