Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Ohio

I just have a few things to say, I’m not over exaggerating or anything I’m being completely honest. My waiter I had was not good. I understand some people could be having a bad day, but the slow service has happened to me by the same waiter multiple times now. I asked her to move to a bigger table because we had more people coming then we realized, which yes i understand that was our fault. But she then proceeded to raise her voice, and get uncomfortably close to me. I would like to also say, she said we would be able to move tables to a bigger one, not even 10 minutes before, she was fully fine with it. She will take you drink, even if you aren’t done, then come back with a cup halfway filled and barely any ice. But that’s even if she comes back to the table not every 30 minutes. Then once we were done, she proceeded to beg us for tips. Which I understand she could be living off of, but there is no reason you should be begging teenagers for tips, especially if the service wasn’t good. She then also was grazing my friends back with her hand, which made him very uncomfortable. She then took my credit card, for 30 minutes. Im not kidding I didn’t see my credit card for 30 minutes. She would come back to our table, with no credit card in hand. Then, when my friend went over because her credit card kept declining, she was able to see my other friend’s card on the floor. And she ALSO threw my credit card. Yes i understand we were a group of teenagers, but we do tip based off of experience. We understand people have their struggles and rough days but there is no reason a full grown woman should be throwing coin at a teenager. I really do enjoy eating here, I love the food but seriously the service hasn’t been great. I would like to add as well, we were her only table most of the time. We chose Buffalo wild wings in austintown, Friday march 14th. We were there bc of the state wrestling tournaments. We arrived at 8pm after weigh-ins. Walking in the door you would of thought the place was packed. As there were tons of people waiting to be seated, or waiting to pu food. However the dinning area had more empty tables then people sitting. The hostesss told me we had a 30 min wait. She seated a table right before that. The lady had several little kids. 1 hour later we were finally about to be seated. 30 min later we still had not been seated. I looked at the lady who was seated 30 min ago, and they still did not have drinks. I was so mad for her - bc this place was not that busy!!! Finally we get seated and we tell our waitresss we are ready to order. She brought our drinks and appetizer in a timely manner. However we waited another hour for our food. They brought my dad's and my food out. By the time we were done they finally brought out our 2 wrestlers food. By the time they were done my husband finally got his food. His fries were old and cold!! Back to while we were waiting to be seated. Every customer that came in to pu food - had a compliment. They either forgot something or gave them the wrong food. When I asked the hostess what the problem was. She said they had 4 call offs. I just don't think they knew what they were doing there!!! Why would they not have appropriate staff - knowing the covelli center has a huge event going on?? Makes no sense! Made no sense to have people waiting a hour to be seated when the place was basically empty. We were super disappointed!! Didn't leave until 10. Didn't get to all eat together, since they brought our food out at different times! I will say our waitress seemed to be trying her best. I noticed the other waitresses weren't on the floor as much as she was!!!! This is the first bad experience we have ever had at a bufflo wild wings!!! 😳 They lost out on a lot of money that...

Usually come here and have a good experience. Went a few nights ago and was told it would be about a 35 minute wait. It ended up being almost an hour. Once we got seated, we waited another 15 minutes before anyone even came over to take our order. The waitress told us whoever was suppose to take care of us was “stressed” and they just informed her we were seated. At that point we were starving and just wanted to place our orders. We put in an appetizer and the waitress asked if we wanted more time to order and before we could tell her we were ready she said “you probably don’t want to order until you get your appetizer. I’ll give you more time” and just walked away. When she came back she took our order. We got our appetizer and wait another hour and she brought our checks. Then we asked where our food was and she looked confused and asked “what food?” How did you not realize you never even brought our food out?? At that point it was after midnight. She went to the kitchen and brought it out right away so it had to have been sitting there for a while and she just forgot about it and it wasn’t even hot at that point. She apologized and told us she thought the kitchen brought it out. Isn’t that her job to bring us our food or at least check that everything came out okay? Never took the wings off our bill after she forgot to bring them out. We arrived at 10 and didn’t get out until almost 1am.
