Juny Café — Restaurant in Austintown

I walked in earlier this week and I was honestly very surprised..........there was a line all the way out the door….and that’s been common lately. Normally whenever I come I am in and a few minutes later walking out with a drink or pastry in my hand......... did have to wait longer today but I later overheard they were having some technology issues with their register so I understood. However I felt bad for the workers.…....there was an older woman ahead of us in line who kept complaining to people saying "they should know better to hire more people then this wouldn't happen" Do you knew what I say to that, GIVE THEM SOME OF GOD'S GRACE! If you have worked in hospitality, then you know the shared struggle…. I was raised to treat Thy Neighbor with respect and kindness, and they shall do the same for you in return. Especially since the workers and owners here are always so hospitable and kind!!! The young man working even offered some of us a discount for our wait. Even with our wait it was worth! I got the sunflower honeynut latte it was BEYOND YUMMY and my hubby also enjoyed his drink and he doesn’t even like coffee...

I’m always love trying a new coffee Cafè, I was told that I must try the Juny Cafè in Austintown, Ohio. When I pulled in I noticed it’s a smaller shop, but once inside I was definitely cozy & quaint. The owner greeted me and took my order. A chocolate cappuccino, chocolate croissant & one chocolate chip cookie. I then perused the counter, a great selection of pastries & confectionary treats. I was going to order a sandwich, however most of the food selections aren’t served till 11am. They have a gift shop area where they have various items for sale, ground coffee & beans. “Little trinkets and such. The interior decorations, pictures & paintings make you feel if you are in a cozy French Cafè. I love the random selection of tables and chairs, gave it an eclectic vibe for sure. My cappuccino was perfectly prepared & yummy. The chocolate croissant was delicious as well. I really enjoyed my morning here. The atmosphere was completely relaxing & and great way to start the day. Genuinely, I’ve never had an experience like Juny’s! It’s so eclectic and adorable. So comfortable with a combination of soft art and vintage items to feel perfectly homey. Local creators have their products featured for sale, which is just wonderful. I got the smores cold brew against my better judgement (cold brew and anxiety), but I can’t turn down anything smores. A delightful treat. I told the staff I was celebrating one year of sobriety, and was given a macaron on the house. This was so unexpected and so thoughtful, I can’t even put it into words. The service is incredible and I hope they know it!! They all speak to each other and customers with a kind tone and respect.
