I went there today to get a new mattress for myself so I convinced my husband to go with me as soon as I get there it’s full of snow and icy parking. I fell in the parking. Hit my back really bad on top of that. The person, the woman that was there today it was rude Never acknowledge my needs and my present. She was only focusing on my husband, in a very slow motion even me asking her please he have a mattress, is for myself. she was just focusing on my husband. I’m trying to talk to her, but she’s ignoring me telling me that im going to take more time and she keep talking just to him . Someone come into the store and she stopped and start talking then she decided of talk to the new customer . I’m in pain. I’m crying and on top of that. Her disgusting way with me. I was trying to tell her that I was the one needing the mattress we could’ve spent thousands of dollars meaning I . but anyway we ended up going somewhere else and it was much better service. Went in with my Girlfriend to attempt to purchase a new mattress. As we proceeded to walk in the gentleman inside harassed us about our mattress knowledge. Furthermore after looking for another 5 minutes trying to decide if i wanted a foam or coil mattress he decided to tell my girlfriend to look up how many inches are in a centimeter, after she had said there were only 4in in 2cm he proceeded to say “ well she should know what that looks like.” Like how unprofessional can you be i was a possible customer and after that sleigh comment she became EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Following that ungodly comment he than swearing and using profane language. I will NEVER go back!!!! If i could i would give it 0/10....

I went to the Austintown location looking for a new Mattress. A salesman by the name of Richard was working. I found him to be very knowledgeable of the inventory of mattresses that they carry. He was extremely professional but yet had a very honest, charismatic and refreshing personality. I feel very confident with my purchase, and I am looking forward to many nights of good sleep.
