Haven't been here long. Definitely have a great deal of respect for those doing the jobs. The place is extremely hot and getting much air is difficult. Employees are polite and knowledgeable and management tends to be out of sight out of mind as long as things are running smoothly. There is definitely a physical ability needed to keep up. 20 minute lunches with breaks every 2 hours (depending upon the shift you are on and the breaks are 10 minutes). Better function well in the heat, and currently like mandatory overtime, money is good, but you'll earn it. Facility is tight spaced and there are places where they could use better safety requirements. The talk is that they will be getting a new building in a couple years and perhaps that might help them in those areas, since they can setup how they need it to be. I forgot the man name at the shipping g office even walked back with me to show me the dock and steve-o man thanks for the insight. They say it's tight but I been to place worst than this. If you set yourself up right you be ight. Overnight is a bit iffy its all about being at the place at the right time.
