Just had a horrible experience at this location. I work a couple of miles away and went to Arbys for lunch like I've done so many times in the past. After receiving my meal through the drive thru, I was on my way out of the parking lot when I realized that I did not have my debit card. When I went back to the drive thru window to ask for my card, the female who was working at the window literally pulled it out of her back pocket and had the nerve to tell me that it was an "accident." So I parked my car and went in to speak to the manager. Ramon, the alleged manager, turned out to be ghetto and of questionable character. After interacting with him I immediately understood why he works at Arby's. Before I could tell him what happened, he blurted out that it was an "accident" and tried to dismiss the situation like I was in the wrong for being upset. He then said that I was being disrespectful because I told him that I should've called the police. He's a very flamboyant and messy guy who did his best to provoke me into going off on him but I didn't take the bait. I proceeded to call the police as well as Arby's corporate office to alert them of the situation. The police officers were lazy and wanted me to just let it go because I got my card back. I responded that I wasn't going to let it go because then she would just do it again to a different customer. BEWARE of this Arby's and keep an eye on your debit card before it "accidentally" ends up in one of their...
Read moreI recently visited Arby’s, and I can’t stop raving about the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was spotless, with tables gleaming and floors pristine, reflecting their commitment to cleanliness.I ordered the classic Beef ‘n Cheddar, and it was perfection—tender, juicy roast beef piled high, smothered in rich cheddar sauce, all nestled in a toasted onion bun. The flavors were bold yet balanced, and the sandwich was served hot and fresh. I paired it with their iconic curly fries, which were crispy, golden, and seasoned just right. The portion sizes were generous, offering great value for the price. What sets this Arby’s apart is the exceptional service. The staff was quick, attentive, and even offered recommendations when I asked about their limited-time items. My order was ready in minutes, yet nothing felt rushed—every detail was spot-on. I also tried their new peach lemonade, a refreshing blend of sweet and tart that perfectly complemented the meal. The drive-thru option is a game-changer for busy days, but dining in felt cozy and relaxed. Arby’s consistently delivers quality fast food with a unique flair, and this location nailed it. Whether you’re craving their signature roast beef, a hearty gyro, or those addictive curly fries, this Arby’s deserves every one of these five stars for their outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. Read moreWellll, I was there for 30+ mins. I sat at the speaker/radio for 5+ mins, waiting to order, tried to get their attention, no one ever came over the speaker, so I pulled forward, then they came over the speaker and the guy behind me got to order. When I got to the window, I had to tell them, that was the order for the next guy. I ordered, the lady at the window had a horrible attitude, closed the window on me before I even finished ordering, and walked away to start making it. The dude with the headset came to the window, apologised for not hearing it beep when I pulled up, he told her the rest of my order, while she was very audibly complaining about it in the background the entire time. They had me pull forward, waited another 10 mins for the food. My order was messed up, since she cut me off. I specifically asked for no tomatoes, or onions, and got both. It wasn't a complicated order. 1 meal, 1 wrap, that was it. They also failed to include my receipt with the food. 2-3 other cars got their food and left before I got mine. Only good part of this visit, was that the dude was super nice, and talked to me...
